“Beautiful”

We had an ocean view room that included a balcony. The view was a little limited but still worth it. The front desk was extremely helpful and the breakfast was one of the best we had in Italy. It included fresh breads, meats, cheeses, fresh pastries, fruit and yogurt as well as a barista. During the off-season the hotel seemed a little off the beaten path but that added to its charm. However, nothing is far away on Capri and its still easy to get around from the hotel. It was very easy to find and quite comfortable,

“Clean Hotel, Awsome Service”

My and my buddy decided to swing my Capri, as part of our European Trip. Capri was designed for us to relax after staying in Hostels and other cheap hotels. Hotel is located few minutes of walking distance from the cable car. Hotel is very quite. The best thing about the stay was that the staffs were extremely friendly and helpful, specially the manager who was working there. He even brought the luggage instead of the bell boy. Breakfast was good too, many different choices. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely return to this hotel when I return to Capri.

“Quiet Getaway”

My wife and I decided to stay here on our honeymoon so we picked the jr. suite. It wasn't much of a "suite" by U.S. standards but it was a very nice room nonetheless. The view of the sea was pretty but not spectacular since it's far away. Service was excellent as they offered to do nearly everything for us. Food in the hotel was good, not great. Location was a small walk from the center of Capri, but that meant it was nice and quiet.

“Beautiful and clean”

The hotel was situated in a quiet street overlooking the sea. Each room was decorated differently with beautiful period furnitures. The lobby was prestine and very relaxing to hang around. I wouldn't mind coming back here to stay. The only thing I would change when I come back is to carry a small suitcase because from the port to get to the hotel, you have to ride the funicular and once you are up the area, you have to walk long ways to get to the hotel. We were logging big suitcases because we went to many european places before we ended up here. Nevertheless, it was a very satisfying stay.

“An excelent option in Capri”

We stayed only two nights (unfortunately!), but this time was enough to value the hotel's very nice instalations and the kind and helpful personnel. We promised to write a very good review regarding services and professionalism. The location is excellent (considering you have to transport your luggage to and from the taxi station if not using the carriers); the view can't be better and the rooms are very large, clean, well equipped and comfortable. The island is simply magical. When going back to Capri this will be our choice, for sure. We highly recommend it, especially at this time of the year (ending September and beginning October).

“Would definitely recommend”

When we first walked in we were disappointed. the lobby was nothing great with modern furnishings that seemed outdated and needed a facelift. Of course the room was not ready, but the manager told us not to worry leave our luggage there, told us all the places to see, where to eat at reasonable prises. She was extremely sweet and helpful. We took all her recommemdation and they were excellent. She even told us to go to Anacapri at night with all the festivities that were going on at the time. We loved it!! and it was a short bus ride away with spectacular scenery along the way. When we returned to the hotel our room was gorgeous, it was newly renovated so fresh with a spectacular terrace overlooking the sea and flowers all around. Life doesn't get any better. There were also so may ammenities shampoos, loofas, three different kinds of soaps, more than I ever seen at any other hotels. Our room included two bathrooms and a living area all beatifully decorated, all in white and aqua colours.

“Enjoyed my stay”

Very pretty hotel with friendly, helpful front desk personnel. Restaurant food was also very good. Mini bar prices were not listed in the room but turned out to be very expensive. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel Floridiana was located on a quaint alley, yet very centrally located. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone.

We arrived in Capri prior to high season, so work was being done all over the island including our hotel. The lobby and restaurant were under construction during our stay. The staff could not have been more wonderful and accommodating. They served us breakfast in our room and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Rooms are lovely and each was unique. The view is amazing, but then this is Capri! This is not a top of the line hotel, but if you are looking for a very pleasant hotel with a fantastic staff, look no further.
