Charming HotelPosted Oct 2, 2013
Location: Near all stores and restaurants.
Great location-room was lovely and very clean and comfortable. The staff was a delight-extremely helpful. The breakfast which was included was absolutely terrific! We would definitely stay here again next time in Capri.

Classy boutique-style hotelPosted Sep 30, 2013
This hotel was in the perfect location to explore Capri, loved the decor and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, lots of choice and the restaurant is understated and elegant. We got upgraded which was a lovely gesture - only wish we were here longer!

Disappointing!!!Posted Sep 20, 2013
I was expecting a pleasant boutique hotel, but was badly disappointed. Rooms are small, decor is horrible (feels like a cheap motel), the bed was not comfortable the room was very noisy during all day and night even when we closed the windows.

Central HotelPosted Aug 26, 2013
Pros: Central location, concierge
Cons: Instead of that small cafe, they can build a swimming pool and make the entrance from the restaurant side to the hotel.
Location: Location is at the heart of the city. When you go out, you can reach to all the shops and cafes and restaurants within walking distance.Go to Anacapri
We've booked 2 superior rooms. Both of the rooms were at the back with no view looking at the backyard of the restaurant seeing the staff smoking during their break or the back of the other buildings. One of rooms' balcony was half the size and no table and chair. Late at night and early in the morning some people shouted in the streets coming back from partying and I heard ( thought) waiters making a lot of noise, so told the reception I want to change my room. They checked on the computer first, then they said they were completely booked. With the partying people, they could do nothing about, but they would warn the waiters. The next morning before 6:30, i woke up with that loud noises, so i went out to the balcony and saw it wasn't the waiters, but the guy who was collecting the garbage and putting it to the waste container, so i shouted at him saying we are trying to sleep and he should keep it down. He did!I hold the hotel responsible of this because Capri is a jet set island and it's their job to please their customers. Aside from those unpleasing things, the guy who works at the concierge is great, the breakfast is good and the location is perfect.A swimming pool would have been better considering the awful beaches of Capri :) Tip :Go to Greece or Turkey for good beaches not to Italy :)

Perfect. A feeling of staying at a very high class hotel. The staff was engaging and informative. The hotel itself is gorgeous. Located in the middle of the city you are in the middle of everything. Very close to the funicolare. One night was not enough.

Overall a very enjoyable stay, although breakfast could perhaps be improved upon.
