“Great Service”

This hotel offers magnificent views and you can walk down to the water/beach area where there are some shops. The service is excellent. They offer a shuttle bus to and from town that runs every 10 minutes. The drivers are always courteous and very pleasant. The breakfast that is available offers a variety of delicious foods. Very friendly and good service. I would definitely go back to Hotel Ambassador Weber.

“Fabulous Views and helpful staff”

The staff were extremely helpful and spoke excellent english. A people carrier picked us up fromthe port (tourist office rang them for us). The people carrier was available to take you from the hotel into Capri town until 2am at no charge. Recommend getting a room with a seaview, just to watch the boats in the bay and enjoy the peace. The hotel also provides towels for the beach and pool.

“Very Happy Indeed”

We had a fantastic stay at the Weber and will certainly be returning. Perfect position, with beautiful views. I would recommend that people take the rooms with a sea view as this really made the room for us. The hotel's free shuttle service to the town centre that runs every 15 mins or so all day until 2am is a real bonus. Hope to be back soon!

“Friendly staff”

Nice relaxing hotel with the lovely staff. I was very impressed by all of the staff, they were all polite and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The only improvement that could be made is tea and coffee facilites in the room and internet. The internet was only available in the reception area and not in the room. The shuttle service provided to and from the centre was really convenient and would definately make me choose this hotel on a future trip.

“Magnificent views”

Wonderful location, stunning views, comfortable rooms and good service. Very convenient shuttle service. Our only criticsm was that our room always smelled moldy, there was no bath tub, shower only, and it was so small that taking a shower always resulted in flooding the bathroom. Perhaps that's where the moldy smell came from.

“Spectacular Service”

After a difficult day traveling with two children, we were received warmly by the receptionist, Joseph at Weber Ambassador. The two cribs which we requested three weeks before, had been waiting for us in our large room overlooking probably the greatest view we had ever seen. Everything was very convenient at the hotel- from the non stop dining services- to the frequent car services back and forth from the city center. The hotel is clean and the staff are really friendly. Thank you Weber Ambassador for creating such a lovely experience for our family vacation!

“Excellent customer care”

Upon our arrival at Hotel Ambassador Weber, we were warmly welcomed. My wallet had been snatched in Naples and, upon hearing of the theft, the ladies at the desk worked with us to handle payment and even upgraded our room at no extra cost. They patiently answered all questions, the shuttle drivers were friendly, helpful, and courteous, and all hotel services were efficient. I hope to visit Capri again and would definitely stay at Hotel Weber.

I can't wait to go back. I really enjoyed my stay at the Weber. Great location, a 2 minute walk to the beach, excellent shuttle service and the best staff. They are the best. The room was basic, very large, but very clean. I was traveling alone and felt very safe staying here alone. I would recommend this hotel. Great place, great price.

“Fantastic Views”

We spent 3 nights at the end of April in a deluxe sea view king bed room at the Weber. The view from our balcony was absolutely stunning. The room itself was clean and nice, but we didn't spend much time there. The hotel staff were very helpful too. Our only complaint was that breakfast wasn't as good as some of the other places we stayed (and wasn't included in the price either). The shuttle service into the town square was convenient also.
