Aurelia did an excellent job welcoming guests. The breakfast is also very nice. Also she’d help you get to the bus station if you call to let her know. Overall it was an excellent time staying here

This was our 35th anniversary trip to Italy and stayed here for two nights after visiting Rome. Franco and his daughters were fantastic. The breakfast was great and they really took care of us. It is a small B&B set in a neighborhood a short walk from Anacapri shopping. It was quiet, with incredible views toward the coast. Rooms were sufficient. They also provided lunch if interested. They picked us up from Anacapri and also dropped us off after our check-out. The shopping area is about a 15-20 minute walk from the location, and is mostly uphill. No other transportation to get to Anacapri. Many great restaurants nearby. Preferred Anacapri to the pretentious, overpriced Capri. The family attention here made it a great stay.

Little bit of Paradise
Amazing views, very friendly and helpful host. Unfortunately it rained when we were there but it just added to the experience, breakfast was lovely with fresh fruit from the garden, will definitely be returning.

We had the best time at Il Giardino! The family that owns this place was wonderful and hospitable. The garden is huge and everything is “pick to eat” - the owner gave us a tour and we sampled multiple fruits right off of the stem! The room has everything you need and is stocked with shower toiletries. We had a beautiful breakfast on one of the terraces, overlooking the ocean! We also watched the sunset from the terrace. Beautiful views. The property is walkable distance (10 minutes?) to Anacapri center with fabulous restaurants, shops, bars, and activities. The owner’s sister also drove us on the days we arrived/departed to the major bus stop - unexpected and so appreciated! It was everything we were looking for - located away from the touristy center of Capri, this garden and B&B is safe, relaxing, and beautiful. Thank you for having us!! Hope to see you again soon.

A fabulous stay with a beautiful garden
A wonderful stay at Franco's place. The garden was stunning and the breakfast superb with fresh figs from the garden. We were thrilled to find the place and Franco and his family were very helpful and accomodating of my dietary requirements. Thank you again!

We had an amazing three night stay here and will definitely be back! The property and gardens are beautiful and only a nice 10 minute walk to Anacapri city center. Franco and Rafaela were amazing hosts and made our stay very special.

Lovely accommodation with beautiful gardens spacious terrace, very friendly and accommodating family. Fantastic breakfasts served on your own terrace with views across to Ischia in the distance. Pick up and drop of service to the port and back.

A beautiful view!
This was a quiet peaceful place. The people were friendly and they picked us up from the port and took us back. There was a lovely outside terrace with a tasty breakfast. The figs and tomatoes were from their garden. The room was modest. If you prefer to walk to the shops and restaurants then Capri is more convenient.

Comfortable guest house with beautiful views high over the ocean, situated in a charming garden setting. Owner Franco was kind and very helpful, and a good conversationalist. EXCELLENT STAY. I have to tell you - this B&B is beautiful - the garden, the views, the room (clean and neat) and wonderful breakfast. However, the biggest thing about it is customer service. Don Franco, the owner is truly remarkable host. He offers free pickups from the ferry terminal (and this is HUGE bonus) and also assists with directions through the whole island, and things to do. Capri island can get a little tricky when it comes to getting around and can get expensive. But Franco is extremely friendly, speaks multiple languages, and is glad to assist with reservations, excursions because of his connections on the island can get you best deals! I'm so glad we booked the hotel and met him. Mind you I'm not really an Airbnb or B&B type of guy and booked this initially because of a good price but on top of that it was the best service through my whole trip to Italy

Great hospitality in a very chilled spot
We loved staying at Anacapri. It was so much quieter then Capri. Franco and team were very welcoming. From picking you up at the port to assisting you with tours, dinners and more the team make your stay very memorable. The actual center of Anacapri is a short 10min stroll. The blue grotto is walking distance which is amazing. See Franco for the best time to visit the blue grotto. The sunset from the balcony is also amazing.

A beautiful guest house in a quiet part of Anacapri. Family-owned and run. They are very helpful and serve an amazing breakfast on the terrace. You can walk to the Blue Grotto if you don't mind steep paths and steps down - and uphill - or get the buses around the island. We had a family room for 4 and loved it here.

A little slice of Paradise
Wonderful small hotel run by the most wonderful man, Franco, and his gorgeous family. Nothing is too much trouble, Franco is the consummate host and almost seems obligated to ensure that you have the best holiday possible. He will let you take the lead in what you want from him, but he will arrange trips for you, ensure you are introduced to the very best people and not get ripped off, and he even provides lifts here and there. He will even meet you at the docks to take you to the hotel if he possibly can - although unfortunately we got a taxi ride and paid an immense €37 for the most scary car ride I have ever taken - although, to be honest, it was worth the money for such an experience! The hotel breakfasts are just glorious - fresh breads, fresh fruit supplemented by the produce from Franco's own glorious garden, croissants, yoghurts, fresh coffee or tea, juice etc - no need to eat until the evening! It is situated in the most idyllic position overlooking the sea an d alfresco eating is a must. There is a little hydro pool in the garden but it needed some TLC - still it was great to cool off after laying in the sun. We only laid about for one day though - there is just so much to do on the Island. The rooms are within his garden and all have outside areas for relaxing - some are more up to date than others but all clean and fresh with air conditioning.

Franco, the fellow who owns and manages the hotel, is amazing as is his staff. The gardens are beautiful and the breakfasts are very nice. Be prepared for a walk into the center of Ana Capri. There is a lovely local market about two minutes from the hotel on the walk into town.

A garden in paradise
A gorgeous location with lush garden and orchard provides an ideal setting for this small collection of guest rooms. The proprietor, Franco, is 5th generation and is an extraordinarily generous and knowledgeable host who is glad to provide transportation and make arrangements. The village of Anacapri is a 15 minute walk, and once you learn the way is quite accessible.

Very charming place whose owner really makes you feel welcome. Starting with the convenient pick up from the port in Capri (do arrange it, it is quite a walk from the Marina otherwise or quite a squeeze on the public bus) through to the little chocolates in the room or the delicious breakfast served on colourful plates and coffe in matching tiny cups. At times it feels like you are visiting distant relatives, not staying in a hotel. It is located in Anacapri, but not far from the centre of the village (and therefore also a bus stop from which you can travel to Capri). Anacapri still has a lot to offer with beautiful walks, scenic centre and grottos. Franco, the owner of the hotel will guide you through it all, in a very not imposing way. He seems to know and truly love the island and what he does. Whatever you ask for is not a problem. We thoroughly recommend this hotel/ guest house.

Stunning location
This is a wonderful pace to stay. Franco and his family are very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is awesome and the garden is like staying in paradise. Only a 10 min walk into central Anacapri. The rooms are so pretty and only 6 villas. I would stay again. If you call or email and let Franco know when you arrive he picks you up. He is just gorgeous.

Wonderful guest house!
We stayed here for a couple of nights beginnng of June and it was just wonderful. Breakfast was fabulous overlooking the sea, the rooms clean and nothing was too much trouble for our host Franko. he made a fuss over the children and organised and recommended some amzing trips and restaurants. I can highly recommend staying here and would love to stay here again. Wonderful start to an amazing holiday to Capri, Sorrento and the Amalfi coast.

Franco is a gem in a country that is full of people ready to take advantage of tourists for money. He bends over backwards for clients --he picked me up and dropped me off at the port, was very patient with questions, and helped create an itinerary of things to see and places to eat. Breakfast was wonderful and served right outside your room. Room was simple, but clean. If you want to take a private boat around the island, my only advice is to shop around. The company Franco suggested (run by a young guy named Luigi) was a total rip off.

Giardino Dell'Arte is an amazing B&B off the beaten path in Anacapri. The hosts and staff were absolutely amazing to work with. They were always willing to take the extra step to assist you. The fact the Franco picks you up and drops you off at Marina Grande is just fantastic and we really appreciated this. We watched the sunset from the garden every evening and it was breathtaking! The breakfast served was fresh and delicious.

The perfect B & B located in Anacapri.
Franco made our experience at Il Giardino De'll Arte one to remember. His family's hospitality is second to none. From picking us up at the port to connecting us to his friends on the island. He spoiled us with wine when we arrived and one night a bottle of prosecco to enjoy while we watched the sunset. The garden and views are so relaxing its the perfect place to unwind. Finally, the breakfast is excellent and we very much enjoyed sampling the local pastries.
