The staff was not friendly and the room was in horrible condition. It was nasty and dirty, The bathroom was mess. Wouldn't recommend.

Nice Hotel but Lacking Advertised Ammenities

The hotel is in a beautiful setting, as pretty much is the entire island of Capri. We had reserved studio apartment but received a 2-bedroom apartment, instead, for the same rate. The place was very comfortable with ample space. We also had our own patio/balcony area, where we ate our meals; we were set back a bit from the sea, but you could see it if you were positioning correctly. The apartment had air conditioning with an adequate bathroom. However, there was wi-fi and complimentary grocery service, both of which were advertised in the list of hotel amenities. (It was a 5-10 minute walk to nearest grocery store.) The hotel location is a 10-minute walk to the nearest taxi stand or the funicular, which is significantly cheaper and takes you up and down the mountain, to the grand marina, where all the ferry boats port.
