SIU VISITPosted Sep 30, 2013
Over priced. Room was much smaller than other area hotels I have stayed in. Did not offer anything extra to justify the higher cost.

We were only there for a day visiting family.......We have recommended your hotel to our grown sons who will be staying with you in September. The price was right........the room was clean........and the staff was very pleasant as well as polite.

Quiet & convenientPosted Jul 21, 2013 on Hotels.com
It was comfortable & staff were great. The air conditioning was out of order in the work out room, so it was brutally hot in there. There was an offer to go to the nearby Gold's Gym.

We only stayed one night on our trip from Mississippi to Indiana. Didn't have much contact with anyone.

This was a good place to stay for me, my daughter and 2 granddaughters. It was clean, good breakfast and nice hotel staff. The pool was a bit small and cold water, but we swam late afternoon before many families checked in. We will stay again.

New, clean hotel who love kids!Posted May 21, 2013
Pros: Staff, free breakfast, morning paper at everyone's door. Clean common areas.
Cons: The pool is too small, especially when there are more than 3 at one time
Location: Central to restaurants and town
Staff were courteous and very accomodating. The morning breakfasts were really a pleasure, especially with young children. I had left my backpack in the lobby and the front desk had it the next day, a guest had turned it in with everything intact. I will definetly stay here again!

No personal phone calls at the check in deskPosted May 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
My family stayed at the hotel for a swim meet my son was in. We came back to the hotel after a long day at the pool and wanted to relax. The person at the checkin desk was on the phone when we arrived and it was obvious it was personal. He continued on his conversation for another 5mins ignoring us and even when my husband asked if there was anyone else to check us in he said no and still continued with his conversation finally after about 10mins he finaly checked us in. He then tried to tell us he was talking to a customer. There should be a rule no personal phone calls at if you are working the check in desk. The bathroom vanity needed work it was cracked.
