The front desk said there would be a non refundable fee for our dog of $50 and this was not identified on your website. Making in cost to stay in Marion 225! I let them know it was not in your website and they told me to contact you all

When we arrived the pool was inoperable. Bathroom needed repair and caulking, tub was chipped. Not the Hilton/Hampton quality that we usually expect. Staff was condescending when we had questions/complaints.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We were disappointed that the pool was not open. We have 3 grandkids who look forward to being able to swim at the hotel. This is twice this summer we have booked thru Expedia and hhd pool has been closed.😞

I am not going back
The furniture in the rooms were stained. One of the drawers had no bottom. I had to move into another room, and it did not have a telephone to call the front desk. I was very displeased with my rooms as I stayed there from Monday-Friday. I even emailed the General Manager during my stay and no response.

The staff were so nice! This was definitely the best part. I know people are short staffed. The place was dirty, and crumbling, the decor was outdated, the coffee smelled like mildew, and the breakfast area was really cramped. Price should've been lower.

The pool was closed and it didn’t say it on the Expedia website until the day of my reservation I would have like to know before but didn’t, I was moved to a whirlpool room on my last night and asked for a refund but was told no because I moved rooms. I wasn’t going to get a refund that night to move to another hotel for one night so I moved rooms and still expected a refund but Tony the manager told me no

Arrived late checked in and went to the room there were 2 rolls on toilet paper on the rolls each with barely enough paper to wipe once and 3 Kleenexes in the box. Look like mound under the soap dish in the tub. Just over all run down not Hampton Inn quality. The morning clerk did refund one night of our 2 night stay but damage was already done. Wont stay here again.

Ok, but not usual Hampton quality for price
Ok, but not up to Hampton standards. Good points: good shower; good a/c unit; good fridge. After check-in, we noticed that 1st floor smelled like someone was smoking weed(we notified desk manager). When we got into room, a piece of trim was laying on the floor. Odd red stains in bathroom, Dirty Ottoman, view of a wall. This room was at same price as other rooms offered and was pricey for what we got for view and next to noisy ice machine. We could have paid half to stay at less expensive place, but we wanted Hampton Quality and did not get that.
