“Perfect Location”

The hotel was in the perfect location for a shopping and relaxing weekend. Shops are close by, as are many excellent eating and drinking establishments. The pool and saunu facilities in the hotel were excellent.

We stayed for three nights at this hotel. The room was excellent, with a superb bath and shower. It was very quiet. The breakfast was very good with both continental and cooked breakfast on offer. The scrambled egg was very good! The staff througout were attentive and polite. The location of the hotel meant that the shops and restaurants of Cardiff were only a short walk. In addition the nearby bus stop was a great way to get to Cardiff Bay. The hotel bar was very nice and relaxing. As good a place to chill out as we found in Cardiff.

We only stayed for a couple of nights but the staff were friendly, the room and facilities were great, the breakfasts were fantastic and the bar had a good atmosphere. Would definitely stay there again if we were ever in Cardiff.

“A charming, modern, well-situated hotel”

This hotel is right in the centre of town, and has been furnished in a modern style which still preserves import comforts - for example the two open fires in the lobby in winter! The rooms are bright and airy, and the staff at the reception and concierge are very friendly and helpful (not so much in the restaurant). the breakfasts are good quality (and breakfast staff good). A lunch we had there left something to be desired in terms of quality, price and helpfulness of the (different) wait staff.

I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. The staffs are very friendly, helpful and courteous. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is superb. Overall, it was a wonderful experience to stay with them.

Hotel is very contemporary, clean, and well located. The rooms are very nicely furnished with incredibly comfortable beds, flat screen TVs, and lovely bathrooms. The junior suite is especially nice all around. A lovely full Welsh breakfast is included and offers abundant choices. We would definitely stay here again!
