Cons: had some troubles with elevators
Location: great location next to wedding venue, across from huge shopping mall and great restaurants all around it.
i happened to be randomly chosen as guest of the day. our room was upgraded and we received a voucher for breakfast the next morning. it was a great surprise and much appreciated.

When we first checked in on Feb.19,at 12 noon, the temperature outside was 17 deg. When we entered our room, #206, we noticed our heater was not working. I immediately called the front desk and told them of the problem. I was told that someone would be up soon to check the problem. Thirty minutes later someone came and, upon inspection, told us the heating unit needed to be replaced, and would only take 30 mins. to complete. We had an appointment to attend in approx. 30 mins., so we gave our approval to go ahead and make the repair. I told the repairman and the front desk that we would not be returning till around 11:00 pm. Upon returning the unit had not been repaired, and the temp. now was 5 deg. Upon calling the front desk we were told that we would have to move to another room. With no assistance given we repacked all our belongings and moved to another room. I would not recommend this hotel for that reason. Their professionalism and courtesy were not present.

This hotel has been around for a long time, yet it looks great. Clean rooms. My only disappointment was the rude man who worked in the restaurant. He was disrespectful to me until his boss came in. Then he changed his mood. Customer hospitality should be first. If he thought I was "trying to get a free meal", he should think first, before he opens his mouth... Other than him, my stay was enjoyable.

The hotel is of average design, style and organisation. The staff and service make the difference. They were polite, helpful and efficient. I did not hesitate to get in contact with them looking for guidance after the first couple of calls I made to the main desk. They demonstrated reliability.
