I would have given this property 5 stars but it was really noisy during the night. I believe this could have been prevented if the ceilings and walls are insulated or with rugs. The staff are ok but not so warm.

The room floors were so thin. I could hear every movement from the guests above me. Some of the furniture had done wear to it. Mattress was pretty stiff and the pillows were thin. Breakfast was decent with options.

Amazing hotel with great amenities!! Staff was so polite and helpful, the hotel was super clean and modern. Breakfast was great and everyday during the week they offer free beer, wine and snacks for the guests. If you forgot anything out need a snack you don’t have to go far because there’s a little shop right in the lobby. Hilton never disappoints!!

I went here for a lil staycation with my son and it served its purpose. He had so much fun in the pool area, there’s was a lot of other families there so he had a bunch of other kids to place with. The only issue that I had with this property was the extremely loud noises coming from upstairs. I’m not sure if there was construction being done on the 3rd floor or there was just a very loud guest but it was ridiculous. ALL MORNING, I was working up around 6:30 am by it then again at around 9:30. I heard this noise all the way until check out. I didn’t complaint to the front desk because I was checking out there day but I was very annoyed that morning

Dishwasher wasn’t working and dishes were dirty , they said someone was coming to check dishwasher… then floor was dirty as well so I was told they were not enough people to clean. They didn’t come to check dishwasher. Beds are old…furniture outdated. It was late evening and didn’t want to leave and I need to leave super early but at the least would like some credit.

We had a very nice overnight stay. Only complaints were bathroom floor was sticky; it took a solid 5 minutes for the bathroom water to get hot; and breakfast was stale.

Constant noise above my head and next door! I was in room 339 and the covering under sink missing, pealed wood on tables, then water was out for a couple hours!!! Kids in adjoining room pulling on my door. Didn’t get much sleep and will be looking for a quieter hotel next time I come to this area!

I reserved 2 queen bedroom suite fully paid for and when we showed up or reservations got changed to a 1 king bedroom suite without being told before we entered the room. The hotel was at full capacity and couldn’t accommodate a 2 bed suite at al for us. It was late and had no luck booking else where. Never booking with Expedia ever again.

Call the dentist because this is a sweet suite! My 4th for room was a fantastic (and quiet) room! Full kitchen, pans, plates, cups, silverware, lg spoon and spatula for cooking, dishwasher & soap, lg fridge, 2 electric burners for cooking and nice microwave. Even a little cabinet space to store groceries. A small work desk with extra lamp. Large screen TV that swivels. The king sized bed is perfect for sleeping with several charging outlets on both sides of the bed. HUGE living space with laminate wood floor. Not that there's any need to, but if the kids wanted to sleep in a pop up tent on the floor, there's plenty of room for it, AND still be able to walk around easily in the space!! I didn't catch her name, but the front desk clerk who checked me in was SUPER helpful! She was in the middle of an closing/early opening shift and still had a smile on her face! Many places I've been to in my many trips across the country, I encounter service people who have such a sour face and an attitude that you're annoyingly bothering them to do their job for you. MY EXPERIENCE HERE WAS THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE! Check-in was a very smooth and positive experience! She told me about the evening social and what that entails. Advised me that the (free) parking near the back entrance and it's elevator were much closer to my room. For a nice ending to my check in experience she gave me a bag with 2 bottles of water and some cookies. I will happily stay here everytime I'm visiting family in Mineola.

Always Amazing
I always enjoy coming here. The service is always top notch, friendly and so mindful! If you want to be left alone, they will! If you want more engagement, you got it! Theyre rooms are so comfy and acommodating. Great for people who work and travel and may want to cook a little something. I will never not enjoy a stay here. My only regret is I couldn't stay longer!
