Pros: They had some free cookies at the front desk.
Cons: Sheets scratchy, breakfast selection lacking.
Rather old hotel. Whoever took the pictures for their website did a great job of making it look better than it is.

Nice Hotel

Our stay was nice. the only issue was the compressor on the AC was entirely to loud. Every time it would kick in it would wake us.

Over priced for what you get. If more reasonably priced would have been a better than "OK" experience.

Pool was closed which was a real diappointment. Could go to another hotel but several miles away. Loud parking lot especially after bar closed. Room older but clean and spacious. Brkfst good.

Food seemed like packaged food not so good! No discounts on room for instance commercial rates, business rates etc! Ask for a wake up call never got it. Clean facility! No bugs!

Good value in Carlsbad NM.

Posted Mar 25, 2015
Pros: Clean roomy decent price considering shortage of rooms
Cons: Not much beyond tightening up the door
Location: Carlsbad Caverns and Monahans, Texas Sandhills State Park.
Best price for hotel in town crowded with tourists and oil field workers. There is a shortage of rooms in this area due to oil boom. Hotel was fine for 2 nights. Rather dated with a few minor defects. One of beds broke down, but was quickly repaired by staff. Front door did not seal properly(could see daylight around edges. Very clean unit and bed comfortable. AC and heat worked fine.Nice HD TV, fridge and microwave. Lots of early and late street noise due to oil workers coming and going. Also train intersection across street. Good complementary breakfast. I'd stay there again. Carlsbad Caverns beyond description

It was ok

Posted Mar 24, 2015
Pros: Very pretty clean room. I liked the bed and the overall decor.
Cons: Pool being open would have been nice. Wifi went out a couple times. Plumbing issues.
Location: The Caverns. Not much else to do in Carlbad.
The weather was high 70's but the pool "wasn't inspected." Very upsetting considering we spent so much on the room. Also the breakfast was only until 9 am. Kind of early to be wrapping it up on a Sunday IMO. The tap only made hot water which was weird and made it so we couldn't drink the tap water.

Just a place to flop on the way to someplace else/

Pros: Ok location.
Cons: OK for it's price and location... no big problems that need improving.
Not the Ritz, but a good clean place to stay. I would use them again.
