“Paper-thin walls”

King size bed was not level--had a low spot. Walls were paper thin--I was awoken multiple times by other guests. They weren't really being loud--just a regular conversation could be heard through the walls. Good breakfast, though.

“Very average”

We reserved 2 non-smoking rooms, but only got 1 non-smoking. The toilet leaked, and the maid service was incomplete. The breakfast was ok as long as you don't have any wheat/gluten allergies.

“OK”

We had five in our party. Three were children, who needed to swim. The pool was cloudy. The rooms had an odor.Other than all that I guess It was OK. Not something I'd like to stay in again.

“dissatisfied and overpriced”

We booked a King suite for our four day stay at this hotel, and check-in was quick and easy. We expected good quality maintenance and cleanliness. However, we discovered that the "repairs" to the room were the type we consider quick fixes. Examples: The shower curtain rod was the type that bowed out allowing for extra elbow room. The shower curtain rod was too short for the length of the tub, so they attached a piece of unfinished board with four nails to the wall to affix the curtain rod. This board was also becoming detached as the top two nails on each end of the rod were pulled away from the wall. The floors were not vacuumed very well, either. There was at least an inch of very visible dirt along the edges of the floors/walls. The hand towel racks were not cleaned of dust where attached to the wall. And not least of all....this hotel has room doors that open to the outside. When we went to bed the first night, we discovered that our room door did not seal, as we could see light from the parking lot lights all around our door. I tried to book a different hotel for the rest of our stay, but they were all booked, so we were stuck here. Good thing we didn't spend all of our time indoors.

“Not quite clean and a bit tacky”

After reading reviews for several area hotels we decided to steer clear of the lower end ones and pay a little more. Apparently we should have stepped it up a bit more. The room was superficially clean but dust was built up along the edges of the walls where the vacume cleaner didn't reach. Outside the rooms were tacky plastic buckets filled with sand for smokers.

“Ok”

Breakfast had a horrible stench by the sink and not a lot of quality healthy choices. The fruit seemed to be there for many days.
