“Great hotel at a great price!”

Hotel was a great pick for our weekend stay. Room cleanliness was good and our night was quiet and restful. Only complaint would be its location is a bit far from restaurants, but the hotel itself was great! Would gladly choose to stay again.

We were afforded such great customer service at this hotel. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We would stay there again and highly recommend this to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

“Good deal in Carlsbad, NM”

We were upgraded to a larger room for the same cost as the original Expedia reservation. The desk clerk shared that they try to accommodate Expedia customers in any way practical. A nice hotel with a nice breakfast!

Carlsbad has many hotel choices. This one is a great price, clean and great service. Indoor pool is a plus and the breakfast is convenient and delicious. I'll def be back

“Superior to The Holiday Inn Express Suites”

We stayed at US Travelers Inn & Suites for one night, then at The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Alamagordo for two. The pull out couch bed at US Travelers was clean, already made up and ready to use. It was very comfortable for my daughter, who is 5' 10". They served a very good breakfast and the front desk clerk was very nice. The suite at US Travelers was superior to the suite at The Holiday Inn Express where there was food under the couch cushions and the pull out couch bed was VERY uncomfortable.

The hotel is nice and clean. I felt comfortable being there. They offer a continental breakfast in the morning. My only concern is there was no water pressure for the shower. I called and someone came up immediately. They were not able to fix the problem, but a maintenance person came back again. It seems they take pride in their hotel and legitimately will try to fix things.

We did not expect much from this hotel. But were pleased overall with the room. It had been recently updated and was quite nice. The bath area could have been better.

Nice, standard hotel with a good continental breakfast. Not the most comfortable mattresses. Overall a good stay.
