宿泊施設はたくさんあり、泊まった施設はメインロビーから少し離れていました。 前に宿泊した人が残したおかずが冷蔵庫に残っていたのが残念でした。 コンシェルジェの対応は良かったです。

Pros: the rooms are a good size and the pools are really well kept!
Cons: There was no towels available at the pools and when we call for more they never showed up
Location: The location is great if you are going to LEGOLAND!
The hotel rooms and the resort was fantastic. The 24hr café/gift shop is very convenient and the prices are very reasonable. The staff in general was great. Christopher was extremely helpful! The breakfast buffet is way over priced for the quality of food you get.

Was ... a 5 or 4.5 Star. Today, NOT!!

Thought this was the famous La Costa. 5 Star, down to a current 4.5 Star in printed propaganda. They wish, down only that far. ... Arrived at 3:55 and they could not give us a room til after 5:25PM. Went to the bar to wait. 2 out of 2 drinks were wrong, only 1 drink napkin, for 2 Martinis?? Asked for a glass of water, after 5:mins it didn't arrive, went to the bar myself for one and was met with "you don't want a drink?" attitude. Minutes later water arrived at table, no napkin. Asked, she had to go to the bar for a couple. The lobby lady's room was filthy floor to ceiling, unkempt. Check-in finally came to our bar table with room key, addressed us properly and picked up our, 2 drink, tab. THE ROOM ... Walked in to a child's play pin set up in middle of the room also a handicapped shower, fold down chair, shower head no higher than 4 ft, no pressure, no place to sit soap or shampoo. Had to ask for towels ... refrigerator, even after I pulled it out to plug it in, never worked. SAFE, never worked, with door swung open in way of closet door closing. Parking 25$ a night and each time one of 7 valets brought it up ... more $. Blue Fire Resturant, dinner, nice enough, over priced starters and salads by 5$ea. Evening live entertainment on patio was good both Fri & Sat, but not kids still running around between tables and lounges. Entertainment indoor might have been better with misty mid 50's temps. Won't be going back.

I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff was during our stay. The all go above and beyond.
