A sought-after lodging place 35 years ago which is now showing its age. The parking lot is badly in need of resurfacing. Hallway carpeting needs upgrading. Still, a clean, satisfactory place close to many restaurants and businesses on Indianapolis' north side. Lobby and indoor pool were quite nice.

Hotel was nice and convenient to things we were there for. Only complaint we have is that the room was not serviced (bed made and fresh towels) 2 days. We called down and towels were brought up though.

The hotel was very nice and very clean but I had to take cold showers. I never seemed to get hot water. Staff was ok but a little short when you needed assistance or had questions. Overall had no trouble, but I was also given a handicap room when one wasn't necessary.

I was in carmel for business left in the morning and when i came back to my room it was always very clean. The restaurant food and service was very good. The only negative part of my stay was the cleaning people talked very loudly and played loud music in the morning which was Annoying after 16 hours of work. The price was very good would definitely stay again
