Great staff

The staff at this hotel were great to work with. They were friendly and didn't skip a beat when they couldn't pull up my reservation. I would defiantly stay here again.

Only worth it if you have car and price is low

Posted Dec 9, 2013
Pros: Price
Cons: could have better breakfast selection, more attention paid to bathroom items, add area to work out (9x9 room, yoga mat), if no gym equipment or pool?
Location: Off highway, very congested and dangerous slopes in winter months!
Very minimum offered, no normal amenities this chain normally has and location is far from Downtown. Only worth it if you have care and willing to brave traffic, and the price is half that of other downtown options! Other than that is was relatively clean and comfortable!

You get what you pay for

Posted Nov 16, 2013
I was in town for a football game, so being only a 15 minute drive to Heinz Field was a plus. In the past, I've stayed downtown and walked to the stadium. This time around, I wanted to pay less and just have a bed for the night. You get what you pay for and one if things you apparently do not pay for is shampoo. Bring your own.

very convenient to stadium complex

Posted Nov 12, 2013
Pros: Front desk personnel was very pleasant and offered helpful hints regarding commute to stadium and restaurants nearby.
Location convenient to stadium complex and easy on/off via Rt 376. Was a clean bed for the few hours sleep needed before the drive home. "Grab and Go" breakfast- coffee, tea, muffins and fruit was convenient. Room had strong disinfectant odor when we arrived. Hallway smelled like smoke. Our end of the hall was non- smoking and other end was smoking rooms.

Nice hotel on the hill

Posted Nov 11, 2013
Pros: The ladies are very nice.
Cons: It is not very convenient since all the service is somewhat far for people travelling here without cars.
After I got 28X, I realized the hotel is on the hill. The slope to the hotel is very long, but it was Ok for me because I comme from a mountain city.
