Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was a decent variety of items. Staff was friendly and efficient. Overall a good value for the stay.

Electrical problem
The room first assigned to us had an electrical problem that was apparently known to the maintenance staff but not to the front desk. We were quickly given another room, which was fine.

We were given a room and when I walked in, i could hardly breath. The smell of clorox was very potent. The 2nd room given to us had a very musty smell and 3rd was the charm! The staff were very helpful and understanding and confirmed what I was smelling. I have to say, I do not understand why a "pet friendly" hotel has carpet in the rooms.
The stay was great once we were finslly checked in. We arrived after 4:00 pm and the rooms were not ready to check in. The front desk staff were very apologetic for the rooms not being ready they were trying to get us checked in, but they had to wait for someone else to do there job. The second thing was that at 6 in the morning the fire alarm went off and we left our room along with other guest and evscuated the hotel and waited outside. There was no information coming from the staff on duty. Come to find out it was a either a malfunction or accident. No one from the front desk let us know that we could go back in until my husband went in and ask the front desk. They didn't even evacuate. They should have came outside and informed the guest. Other than that it was a great stay.

My stay was splendid and the staff were friendly. overall an excellent stay. I gave facilities 4, because of the pool. It was not cleaned early but the staff politely explained their limitations.
This hotel is a fine place to stay. I don’t think it is anything special, but there’s nothing wrong with it either. I’d stay again if I needed something in the area. My one frustration is that the check-in process took too long.
Our stay was good, the only thing was the air conditioning unit would rattle when it started. I tried to adjust the front cover, but it made it worse. Since we were only staying a few days, there was no sense in telling the front desk. Other than that it was a comfortable room.
Everything at this Hampton was great! It was a great location for us, breakfast was nice and staff was very helpful and clean.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Always asking if there was anything you needed.
Rooms are what you expect. Probably some handyman caulking and general maintenance needed in the bathrooms, but overall clean rooms. Did not clean room from day to day. I assume you would have to call the front desk if you needed cleaning or extra towels
