I was charged by Expedia, then twice by the property. I paid the deposit in cash, so i was refunded that immediately. As i called to resolve the issue, they claim i have already been refunded (i have for one of the mischarges and not the other)
Its less about the mixup, and more about not beign able to get a word in while speaking to someone to try to resolve it. I got the whole its already been done, that was the deposit (nope cash) wasn't us run around.
These things are what make it hard to even trust the smaller chains anymore.
