I was very pleased with how every thing went so smoothly. The staff was very pleasent and curtious. The room was pleasing and clean. I wouldn't have and problem staying at this hotel at any time.

The hotel was conveniently located and easy to find in downtown Carson City. If you want a little Nevada night life, there was a casino right arcoss the street. If you just want a quick drink before retiring (like me), there was a small local pub next door. If you just want clean, comfortable, affordable rooms, this hotel has it.

It was our first time to stay this hotel. Our room was nice and clean with a microwave. At low price, they were good enough. We were very satisfied and decided to stayed one more night.

“Comfortable, friendly hotel for family or business”

Everyone we dealt with at the Carson City Plaza Hotel was friendly, helpful, and accomodating. From the check-in desk, to the breakfast room, and even the staff we passed in the halls. The check-in staff made sure our two rooms were as close as possible (right across the hall from each other), and made us feel welcome. When I was looking for a hotel phone in the lobby, a staff member (maintenance or delivery?) asked if I needed help and showed me where the phone was located. Our chats with the desk and breakfast room personnel were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean, roomy, and comfortable. We'll definitely stay here again on future visits! Though we didn't take advantage of the free wi-fi or the exercise room, we might do so next time.

I found the personell to be friendly and courteous, the premises to be well maintained and quiet and the price to be very reasonable.
