Everything was just a little bit not right. Everything. Everything from the room, the not so nice view,  breakfast, parking, to the pool/patio that wasn't open.

We have stayed at this property before. It is an “ok” experience, not over priced. Rooms are non smoking but we were on the second floor and the smoke found its way to our room because of an open staircase from casino to our floor. Inhaling second hand smoke all night not good for health. Maybe non smoking rooms should not be directly over the casino but rather on the side of the property. Check out the property and you will see what I mean. The restaurant is filled with mostly no personality crew members with the inability to smile. Management not much better. You get what you pay for.

We really enjoyed our stay! Quiet and comfortable room, and the restaurant was great! Super convenient to just walk downstairs, and the food was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again!

They have seasonal hot tub and spa facilities which are apparently not working during winters. I booked the hotel for a ski trip to leverage these for relaxation.

I enjoyed the stay. I was in town visiting friends and family and there was easy access to the freeway and to the town. The room was very clean and quiet.

There was very inconvenient noise during night. I tried to call the front desk but it’s wasn’t helpful. I didn’t have a good hr sleep. Also no internet connection. I requested if they could allow a late checkout for an Hr atleast but the front desk person said in will incur extra charge. Very horrible experience. Never coming back at this place.

Our room was wrecking of smoke!!! Yes someone was smoking in it. The bathroom tiles were cracking and the entire hotel just smelt like chemicals and we had a 1 year old with us.

The room was disgusting. They did not clean the beds and the smell of smoke was impregnated on the sheets. People were laughing and yelling in the aisle for at least 30 min and the staff never did anything. It was disgusting. Don’t take your kids here.

The room was a great size, convenient location and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The TV was unfortunately sporadic but did work for the most part. The food on site was adequate and affordable. Not the Ritz Carlton but a nice place to stay

my stay was just ok the location easy to find the only reason Im giving low score is because they gave me room in the first floor and even thought the room are non smoking room the smoke from the casino come all the way to the hallway and filters inside the rooms my kids have asthma so we didn't do good at all I would not consider staying there again

Very friendly staff and convenient location with so many options for entertainment and fun on the property. The breakfast vouchers for the restaurant were amazing for the family! The restaurant staff was also so lovely. I would stay here again.

Is a good friendly stuff, good breakfast the rooms were clean they only think was the people smoke in the casino and you can smell sometimes inside the room little bit noisy I stay in second floor and people and third floor was with kids running around otherwise everything looks nice.

Overall it was a good stay, however the room could have been cleaner. Dust on everything and hair in the tub (not ours). The breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly.
