“Horrible View and Small rooms”

When we booked with expedia the pictures of the room I thought I was booking was a large room with a sofa sleeper. When we got to the hotel it was a room with a little chair and not much room and not to mention it was a dark room with a wall for the view. The man I booked with at expedia told me to please hold because I was not going to book this room if I could not have 1 with a sofa sleeper. He put me on hold for 10 min and came back and said ok talk to jan or chris and you will have that room. They were completely booked when we got there and did give us a roll away bed no charge. Breakfast was included but it was not very warm.

2 Adults one child stayed at this full bereakfast hotel. CINNABON were good & went fast but they were ONLY seen once out of 4 mornings. COLD boiled eggs in fridge but never seen anyone eating them. BACON were burnt. Scrambled eggs were very overcooked & oily. ROOM was clean but single seater was dirty. IN-ROOM HEATER was very loud & windy. Bathroom was clean & big. Prepare swim suit for a indoor small HEATED SPLASHING POOL & BABY SPA. Close to HIGHWAY 395 at the edge of Carson City. Close to Safeway & shopping. 40 minutes to Mount Rose & 55 mins to Reno. Very windy near Washoe Lake. Overall, our stay was relax because the price was not expensive compare to hotels within Carson city.

“Bring your ear mufflers”

Nice hotel, and we experienced very good service at the front desk. But the room was equipped with a noisy air heater which has gone on and off all night even after we lowered the thermostat to minimum. So much for a good sleep.
