Grat location. Just front of Bocagrande beach. 38th floor has a beatiful view.

We respond to the guest as always in a very positive and professional manner. As always there are 2 sides to the story. The guest broke the bed, we did not blame him for that or charge a breakage fee which we were entitled. We also offered to change the another apartment at our cost. The guest did not accept and we were stuck with the bill for our courtesy.

No es hotel Son apartamentos que se manejan de manera individual por sus propietarios. Camas sábanas y toallas desgastadas. Almohadas súper usadas sin agua caliente. En recepción no saben que has reservado HOTELES. Com. no explica bien que está ofertando. Cierto lo que leí después de alquilar Cucarachas de las pequeñas. Política de cancelación. CUIDADO!!!

TERRIBLE EL APARTAMENTO - MUY SUCIO
El apartamento 3103 se encontraba muy sucio, apenas lo recibimos aparentaba estar bien pero después empezaron a salir cucarachas de todas partes, de la cocina, de la nevera y de los cuartos. Tratamos de comunicarnos con el que nos recibió y nunca contesto las llamadas. De 5 días que estuvimos, 3 no tuvimos servicio de televisión, en realidad jamás volvería a este lugar y no se lo recomiendo a nadie. Adicionalmente uno de lo único bueno fue la piscina del lugar y la vista del SUCIO apartamento.

CUCARACHAS!
Fue la pero experiencia que he tenido vía hotels.com. El trato fue malo de la gente que atendía en el hotel, y el lugar era MUY sucio, lleno de cucarachas. Lo que tuve que hacer fue tomar otro hotel, y obviamente no recuperé mi dinero. No lo recomiendo para nada
