Awesome Relaxing Boutique hotel.Posted May 30, 2015
My friends and I came to Cartegena on vacation and stayed at Casa Santa Ana for 3 days when we first arrived. The hotel was great! Big clean room with AC and really comfortable beds. Great rooftop pool and lounge area. The staff were amazing, were very nice and attended to our every need. They make great coconut limeade and even made us a special Colombia soup when we were hung over after a night of partying. The neighborhood is really fun, lots of cute bars and restaurants and great street food. The bar across the street has amazing Arepas and margaritas. I would recommend this place for anyone coming to Cartegena.

Fantastic and staff!Posted Feb 15, 2015 on Hotels
The hotel, its staff, and location were ideal for our 6 day stay in Cartagena. Our room was clean and had every modern amenity necessary. Breakfast was always fresh and served with a smile. The neighborhood was an eclectic mix of locals and visitors who enjoyed authentic Colombian foods and drinks in the vibrant plaza de Trinidad at sunset. The hotel's caretakers, Julio and Luiz-Maria, made us feel like the 5 room hotel was our home. We will definitely stay at Casa Santa Ana on our next trip to beautiful Cartagena!

Charming, small, well run boutique hotelPosted Nov 12, 2014
The staff at Casa Santa Ana made me feel welcome and at home. The room was nice and the boutique hotel was charming overall. It's only a 10 minute walk to the old town. The surrounding area (Getsemani) is full of options that are not quite the traditional, tourist fare of the old town. The nearby plaza (half a block) is a nightly neighborhood gathering spot for locals and younger tourists. While the area around Casa Santa Ana is bustling, it doesn't detract from the quiet charm of this boutique hotel.

Perfect hotel in a perfect placePosted Feb 26, 2014 on Hotels
Loved this hotel. Will book here again if I go back to Cartagena. The day staff, manager and cooks, are awesome. The dude that manages the hotel at night is super nice and accomodating as well. These are good people and they do a great job in taking care of the hotel. I stayed here with two buddies and we were very comfortable in our room. Everything was clean and up to date. I recommend this place.

Charming B&BPosted Jan 31, 2014
Tranquil refuge in the middle of bustling Cartagena. Easy walk to Old town (walled city), and the Fort. Breakfasts were delicious, foyer and pool areas were quiet and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Numerous eateries close by. Access to all parts of city by hailing one of the many taxis in the neighborhood. Resident turtle is cute. Plaza Trinidad at end of street is lively at night time, but never felt unsafe.
