“OUTSTANDING!!!”

I never felt i was out of Miami,FL. ,while I stayed in Cartagena Plaza. The hotel itself was very CLEAN and spacious. The surroundings of the Hotel looked just like South Beah. Only a few meters ferom the beach. The staff are very helpful and respectful. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms clean , yes: with lots of HOT water. Breakfast: lots of good food. There is nothing negative to write , for the price, about this hotel. My wife and I will go back if we ever travel again to Cartagena.

“Nice family hotel”

This hotel is nicely located, close to everything, rooms are spacious and clean. Food is excellent, staff very polite and willing to help anytime. Many visitor from Europe, North America, etc. Affordable prices also.

“Well located”

The hotel is quite simple and does not have good services to attend extra requirements but the neighborhood is fantastic! You can walk safely on Cartagena streets with the pleasand weather of the night... There is a Juan Valdez coffee shop in the corner of the hotel. The hotel receives too much of school vacation groups, so be prepared to wait up to 20 minutes in front of the lift to get a ride to go up or down.

“Poor Custmer Service”

The hotel is nice. Although, went we got out of the elevator in the 6th floor, it was dark...not lights. Customer service is POOR and SLOW and a big DISAPPOINTMENT. Front desk staff needs to smile and be more kind to their customers, if they want us to come back.

“Thought this place was going to be better”

The Hot Water was not very Hot. The Clock had the Battery out of it. Water dripping from the ceiling in the hall way
