“Perfect choice for Cartagena.”

The hotel's best is its location in the heart of the lovely Cartagena. Staff is very nice and educated by the lovely owner. The enviroment is cozy and pleasant. Free fast internet is available and AC is a must for the humid clima in Cartagena. Breakfast is served in a nice internal room and could be better!!!

“Great home base for the old city in Cartagena”

We used this as our home base in Cartagena. The room was simple but had a number of nice amenities (AC, balcony, tv) - some more essential than others (i.e. AC). The sink did not have hot water - and hot water in the shower was sporadic, a surprise for a hotel in this price range. Still, the breakfast was nice, the staff was helpful (we booked a number of tours here from their in-house guide), and the neighborhood was excellent (very quite at night but close to nightlife, restaurants, etc.). Staff did not speak English - not a big deal for us, but could be an issue for some.
