I checked in for a week for a pleasure vacation. First the place is outdated. I didn’t feel too safe there. They don’t clean the rooms until the 4th day there, and not on weekends and by request only. I did, but they didn’t?? I only stayed there because it was cheaper than the executive suite hotel down the road, which was much better. This place also doesn’t have an elevator so if you bring lots of bags, you better have help!

The room I was first given was not cleaned I had to be moved to another room and the towels had holes in them I had to go out and purchase towels. It was noisy all night people partying and overall noisy traffic. Would never recommend

Was refused my prepaid room because I didn't have $50 deposit for nothing I needed. Drove from Boston to Vermont than to NJ. Arriving around 1:30am to end up sleeping with my kids in the car 17 degrees out. Will never stay at Red Roof ever again.

Was quiet despite being near an Interstate. You stay for what you pay. Bed was worn in center. No fan in restroom to mask bodily noises. When doing your business after eating bad food. Felt safe. Place for last resort or tight budget.

Got in late (9:30pm) and left early (before 8am). As we were leaving, saw a bug in washroom and one in main room near bed. Took photo but no chance to let desk clerk know as we were in a rush. Overnight, nearby guests exceptionally loud outside and in hallways. Talking on phone, yelling to people, etc. Bed mattress also terrible. Could feel the springs right through. Felt like an old sofa bed. I knew it was budget accommodations, but I’ve stayed in Red Roof’s before that were fine. I wouldn’t stay here again. Price isn’t worth the bugs and noise.

The overall condition was disappointing, with a lack of cleanliness and noticeable damage throughout the premises. The staff, unfortunately, were unhelpful, making the experience even more frustrating. Surprisingly, the room lacked basic amenities like water bottles and snacks. To make matters worse, the surroundings felt unsafe, adding an element of discomfort to the stay. Overall, it was a subpar experience that I wouldn’t recommend to others.
