A bit misplaced squeezed behind highway ramps, but super clean room and very friendly staff! Very good value for money!

Not a good facility. Looks like 2 star.

Posted Jul 11, 2015
It's two story facility, no elivator. Poor maintenance, dated rooms, and furniture. As we walked into the building there was full smell of smoking. Have to pull all the laugage through stair way. Will not come back or can recommend for my friends.

Three-star hotel worth 3 to 4 stars

Posted Jun 14, 2015
Location: The location was interesting - almost literally on the highway, so entering and exiting is a bit of a rush, though it's surrounded by many places.
The good: the staff were accommodating and patient, the room was customizable (moved some things around to feel more at home) and clean, and it's a location that puts you in the middle of a lot. The cons: the smoke smell was strong as soon as I opened my room's door, even though my room and the rooms around mine were labelled non-smoking. Within 10 minutes of getting in the room, the housekeeper decided she needed to get into the bathroom to put on a fresh shower curtain skirt. Despite her obvious lack of English, I tried to explain to her that it was fine, we didn't need one. She insisted and I felt bad because she was trying to keep the smile on her face, so I let her come in and do her job, which she did politely and quickly. I just thought it was poor timing (like 3:15 in the afternoon? check-in was after 3pm, so I thought housekeeping would have been finished a long time before) since I had just arrived and wanted to relax.

Got a bad room

Posted Jun 4, 2015
I'm sure not every room is like this. But when I arrived the hotel staff was hardly nice. But the worse part was the smell of my room. Followed by an malfunctioning A/C unit. It was too late for me to switch rooms.

The room was huge with frig and micro, beds really comfortable...i ask for a smoking room...it would be awesome if windows could be open...there are various exit doors with card access which is great. I do like it.

if you don't drive not for you

Posted Apr 28, 2015
Pros: I thought the woman who drove me the train station was very nice and friendly. The room was fine.
Cons: maybe offer customers a ride to local mall because you cant walk anywhere. Little more understanding when clients leave.
Location: there is nothing really within walking distance other than a drug store and one a fast food chain. Other than that you need to drive.
It was okay the room was clean staff were fine. The problem is that the location is far from the city. I don't drive so was everything was far and expensive in cabs. I checked out a day early because I choose to stay in the city. When I went to check out the girl didn't say thank you just I am not refunding you for the last . ok lol..It was my fault should have realized it was too far someone like me who doesn't drive.

Accueil glacial, pas un sourire. Cependant chambre grande et propre. Le petit dejeunercompris pour tous serait le bienvenu.

Watch out for the tolls!

Posted Feb 28, 2015 on Hotels
The hotel and staff were great, room was cleaned daily! I booked a smoking room as I'm a smoker, when I arrived they told me there were not any smoking rooms available. In place for the inconvenience I was given a free breakfast on the morning of my choice. Only downfall to this hotel is the location as most visitors will be visiting NYC! If you are staying in the area and plan on visiting NYC (especially more than once) do not stay here!! You will pay a toll of $14.00 everytime you cross into New York and a $1.50 everytime you head back to the hotel.
