Clean hotel but a little dated.

Hotel was very clean and rooms were well maintained. However property is very dated. Breakfast was good for this class of hotel

Clean but not well maintained.

Pros: The room was clean.
Cons: Broken sofa.
Location: The location was ok. There are several hotels in the area.
The room was clean. The bed was ok. The sofa was a sleeper sofa and the mattress was missing so when you sat on it you were sinking in a hole. The desk lamp was broken and leaning to one side. It was little things that needed some attention that were the problems. They just need better maintenance.

Expedia and the hotel

The hotel did not offered no answer for getting rid of the SMOKE ODOR. After returning Saturday night from hiking, the room had been "cleaned" and all towels, wash cloths and the bath mat had been removed and not re-stocked.

"Convenient Stay"

Last minute decision to go to Rome and it was an affordable price for one night. I have stayed there before so I knew what the area was like, what the hotel was like, and the comfort level of the room.

Seriously unimpressed.

We arrived late for an event and didn't have time to change our room which was a smoking double when we had reserved a non-smoking king. Although it was nearly 100 degrees outside the air had not been turned on and it must have been 95 in the room. It was so hot that even though we left the air on when we went out it was still hot when we came back.

Best Western Rome, Ga

Even though there was an illness that prevented us from making the trip, Best Western charged us for the room. This was not in the information when we made the reservation. I would not recommend anyone to reserve a room in advance at a Best Western. We have stayed at Best Western in the past and was more than satisfied with the facility but their policy will make us hesitate to stay in the future.
