When I opened the room's door, I saw the bed in a complete mess, the room wasn't clean, nobody had cleaned the room! Very disgusting! I came back to the reception desk to show a picture of the disaster and asked to change the room!

Rooms need more lights. It's too dark. Remote didn't work unless you were right next to TV. People next to us came in about midnight and I don't know if they had trouble getting in their room but it sounded like they were trying to get in ours. After they got in their room they had a baby that screamed for about an hr. Couldn't fall asleep.

Excellent Value Hotel Stay
Excellent for a value hotel. I never know what to expect in a value type hotel, but this exceeded my expectations. Very clean and modern room, nice AC, excellent TV, very comfortable.

For the price it was a very nice quality hotel. The shower was a bit small but that's typical for hotels in general. The front desk associate that checked us in seemed a little irritated, but she was still helpful and was likely just tired from a long day of work. Overall I'd rate our experience a strong 4 out of 5 stars.

Fix the f-ing bathroom.
The first thing walking inthe room we both commented that it smells like someone smoked in here and it was attempted to cover the smell with cheap air freshner. The bathroom needs a deep clean. Grime is in every corner- not just the grout. The toilet seat is not attached right. When you sit, the lid closes on you. The bathroom sink faucetis not installed right. Maybe a teenager who did not know what they were doing was practicing. Certainly no one checked to make sure it was installed correctly. Nwver had a faucet wiggle around like that. I did not expect much from a Best Western, but this is a demonstration of laziness and lack of pride. Pathetic....the beds were comfortable. The young woman at the desk was kind...the rest was not good.

This motel was definitely worth the money for the night. Bathroom had been redone and new carpet. Very clean, very quiet, breakfast was ok. I’d definitely stay again. The staff was very friendly.

For the price and location it’s good. It’s a non smoking facility unfortunately everyone just stands in front and smokes. So smoke fills the walkway and hallways. Seems to be on par with the area, but definitely a Motel vibe.

Baseball trip
Hotel was very convenient to Lakepoint and Cartersville. I normally do not stay in hotels with the doors connecting to the outside. But read the reviews of this place and it did not disappoint. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in town for a baseball tournament or Braves game

Made me a little nervous because there was a glass window at the check in counter. Which indicates violence. The lady behind the counter almost didn't give me a room because she thought i booked the room the day after because it was after midnight. I assured her it was for that day. It was 2am but my family and I were traving back to florida. At first she seem a little rude. I didnt like the fact they wake you up reminding you check out is at 11 am and then housekeeping knocks on door trying to figure why you haven't check out yet. The hotel wasnt worth the price. I get a message if i lived within a 50 mile radius of the hotel. I would be charged a 100.00 non refundable fee. It had to be on a credit card. Which sounded shady. I have never heard of that and will never go to the hotel again.

We booked this because of the pool. It was closed while we were there with no warning, but there were members of the hotel staff swimming in the pool. So, it didn't seem to be undergoing maintenance, seemed like the staff just wanted to use it for their family use.
