The front area was clean but when we got to our room it wasn't cleaned well. There were womens facial cleaning items left in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and breakfast selections were nice.

Nice hotel, great staff
Nice hotel with a great staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful especially Staci who gave us great ideas on how to spend our day. Room was clean and spacious, a dripping faucet in the bathroom was the only downside but not a big deal.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. Our bed was very comfortable. Very convenient location across the stree from Cracker Barrel. There are many restaurants and fast foods within 2 or 3 blocks. Easy off and on the interstate.

We had a nice, relaxing stay. We were planning on leaving about 11:30am. At 9:30am, the housekeeper woke us up and asked if we were ready to leave. We told her that it would be a while. An hour later she was back, wanting to know again what time we were leaving.

Indoor pool and exercise area was great. Hand sanitizer by elevator door on 3rd floor was empty. Ice machine on 3rd did not have ice.

You can’t really see the hotel sign outside. I don’t know if the sign can be moved or if the trees can be trimmed back, but being able to see the sign would be very helpful.
