Old building in major need of remodelling. Definitely not up to the standards of a Hilton owned hotel and nothing like any Hampton Inns that we have previously stayed at. Breakfast selections were poor compared to other Hampton Inns.

Worth the stay.
Cute little hotel. The lady who checked us in was very nice. We would stay here again anytime needed.

I appreciated that they allowed pets on the property, but also, that most of the staff liked them. The room was comfortable and had a good mattress. The cleanliness left a bit to be desired. I found minor debris on the carpet and the corners of the shower were dirty. The front desk staff were welcoming, cheerful, and provided good recommendations for area services.

Great stay
The staff were very friendly. Breakfast staff keep things clean and stocked. Rooms were clean, the hotel areas were clean. The only negative was that there were no towels by the pool.

Disappointing stay
After a 6 hour drive, we arrived after the 3pm check-in time and was told our room was not ready. We were in a hurry to change and leave for a funeral. I had prepaid for a King room with sofa bed. 2 adults, 2 teenagers. The hotel then gave me a key to a diff room but when I asked if it was a king with sofa-bed she said no, just a king. She said no other rooms were available. I told her that was unacceptable and after a few minutes she had a room with a king bed and sofa-bed available. No info about breakfast or wifi or free waters were given. The room was not in the best shape. Bedside table was broken, shower doors were dirty. This hotel has seen better days. I usually always pick a Hampton Inn but this location did not meet the normal standards.

This hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. We have stayed at many Hampton Inns and this one was unbelievably rundown and filthy. To make it worse, we were in town for a baseball tournament and had to pay very inflated prices. We tried to leave, but there was zero availability anywhere in the area. Everyone from our team had the same bad experience and yet somehow this hotel has a 4.5 star rating?? Clearly they are filtering their reviews and I will guess this one will not be visible to the public either. We had blood stained sheets, filthy furniture, insects in multiple rooms, and a terrible musty smell throughout the hotel. The staff will try to be helpful, but they too even agreed it was old and dirty. I have multiple pictures but don’t see an option to post them here. Unacceptable hotel!!

Booked two queens. Gave me a king. I have confirmation of two queens but the hotel says they have me down as a long but couldn’t give me any proof. Did not offer any help. Just said sorry we don’t have any queens available. Rude and will never stay here again

There was long hair in the bathtub and floor indicating it was not cleaned. I did not shower. We had just driven 14 hours and we were exhausted so we slept on top of the beds.

Stayed at the Hampton Inn Cartersville GA may 26-29. Terrible experience. Elevator about breaking down to my wash rag in my room being stuck in the ceiling where a light fixture was removed . My room did not have a remote to the tv so I called front desk and they said they would bring me one that was my first night . I didn’t receive my remote til Saturday . Was not happy with my stay and decided to leave a day early . Went to front desk and tried to get refund for my last day . It was 1:05 pm Sunday . Clerk told me where if WAS PAST 1200 I could not have a refund . I give this hotel a 2 out of 10. Terrible experience. I would never stay there again . I have included a picture of the wash rag stuffed in the hole of the ceiling

Great Experience
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast bar had lots of choices and was very good. The only thing I saw that needed a little attention was the shower. It smelled musty and had some mold in the corners but other than that, it was a great experience. Thank you for your hospitality.

Very nice. Hotel is being updated. We got an updated room. Excellent breakfast excellent. The only issue is checking in at night the entrance is hidden and dark. A bigger sign is needed. Excellent stay for price. Will stay again
