The staff were really nice. We had a late check-in but they opened the bar back up so we could have a nightcap

Restaurant nightmare

Posted Jun 23, 2014
Got in a little late 8pm. Check in desk told me the restaurant was open until 10. Had wife and 2 young kids with me so instead of going to long horns whichnis right down the drive we decided to eat at the hotel. This was a big mistake. Waited for 30-40 min just to get our drinks then to be told half the menu was no longer avail that night. Of course these were some of the choices we had made. Since we had already wasted so much time we decided to make other selections that we normally wouldnt consider. After ordering it took another hour to get our food. This entire time there was only 2 familys in the dining area. I was not happy. The next morning we went to the pool to find it full of bugs and nothing like the photos. That waterfall you see is no longer there, its broken and falling off the wall. Breakfast was just ok, but 9.99 per person is alot to pay when most hotels offer free breakfast. I would not stay here again.

Great Place

We were very satisfied with the hotel and all the options of the stores near by. We were also pleasantly surprised at the breakfast buffet available in the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

Booth Western Museum

Posted Jun 1, 2014
Pros: The staff was very nice, and quick to make themselves available.
Cons: See room service comment in the above section.
Location: Armando's Italian restaurant, and the Appalachian Grill are not to be missed dinning experiences in Cartersville Ga. The Booth Museum was GREAT.
Staff was excellent. Fourth floor carpet in hallways needs to be cleaned or replaced. Room carpet near the whirlpool was frayed at edge. Ordered room service which was slow, and food was cool to the touch on arrival. However, we were not charged for the meal. Over all stay was a very good.

Very friendly staff. Limited menu in lounge, but hit the spot after a long travel day.

Clean, good pool, convenient

Posted May 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel and our room was very clean. Service was great- they let our family check in early. We used their pool and it was small but good. The location is close to I-75 (about 1.5 miles) and close to shopping (Target, etc.) and lots of places to eat. Would stay here again.

Clean and convenient

Posted May 6, 2014 on Hotels.com
Seemed to be a very new hotel or a very clean older hotel. Our room was very nice and the separate jacuzzi in the room was very romantic. The desk staff and restaurant staff were super friendly. The hotel was walking distance from several restaurants, banks, etc. considering it was on a main street in Cartersville.

Pros: The cleanliness
Location: Great location. We were surrounded by restaurants and stores. Very convenient.
I really had a great experience here. My room smelled awesome, and it was also very clean. I slept so comfortable and well that I forgot I was in a hotel. I thought I was home.

Weekend stay for Counterpoint Music Festival

Posted Apr 29, 2014 on Hotels.com
Stayed here with a few friends for Counterpoint Music Festival at Kingston Downs. The hotel was right off the interstate and only 20 minutes or so away from the venue. The room was very clean and the staff was helpful and very kind.

comfortable stay

Posted Apr 20, 2014
Pros: comfortable and not too expensive.
Cons: 9.95 per person buffet for breakfast seems a bit much considering that it's not much more than you can get for free at Hampton Inn
Location: pretty boring suburban location
Very friendly and helpful staff in the dining room and bar. Small, but tasty menu. Comfortable and clean rooms.
