“Here for Business”

I am in Rome, GA several times a year for work, and I always have a positive experience. The rooms and facilities are decent, breakfast is good, and the staff is friendly and helpful. One of the managers yelled at a staff in front of me, but that was his problem with poor management skills (you don't yell at your staff - EVER) and to me not a reflection of the hotel as a whole. Overall a good stay as always.

The bed was so comfortable and cozy,staff very friendly, breakfast was great,no fridge or microwave in room, pool was freezing for being an indoor pool.. Our stay was still great

Good hotel, but there is no laundry room. For people need a laundry room, should stay in another hotel which offer it.

Had one room for 3 adults. Clean but a bit cramped.

Very few amenitites provided, the breakfast was not what was advertised, or what the clerks said it would be. No queen size beds were available, nor was a roll-a-way beds.

Nice hotel. Very clean. Helpful staff. Not the greatest toiletries. Get there early for the best breakfast items as they were not replenished if you got there later. Very comfortable room.
