“A satisfactory place to stay point”

A satisfactory place to stay when needing a good stopping point in travel to the south along 1-75 to Georgia/Florida

“Place to stay”

We stayed 3 nights (Fri, Sat & Sun). 3 adults and 2 children. There was only one day the pool was not open (Sunday) due to a storm, but the storm past over and the pool still did not open. Weather changes and it was hot. Oh well. It was a place to sleep. We weren't there most of the time only to come back and swim for a bit and go to sleep then go back to visiting family. This was our 2nd time staying there. I would recommend it. We didn't have any problems.

“Nice place”

Nice enough...try to get a room at the front of the building,but overall,clean and friendly.

“Beds could have been better”

Room was ok, everything worked and was clean, Good restaurant. Bed mattresses were saggy. I would stay again.

“JUST OK”

WE HAD LOTS OF TROUBLE WITH OUR SWIPE CARD TO ENTER OUR ROOM OUR ROOM AND WE WERE UNABLE TO MAKE TELEPHONE CALLS. THE HOTEL FRONT DESK SAID THEY COULD MOVE US TO ANOTHER ROOM AFTER WE HAD SETTLED IN. WE JUST USED OUR CELL PHONE INSTEAD OF GOING THROUGH THE HASSEL OF CHANGING ROOMS.HOTEL OVER ALL WAS JUST AVERAGE, BUT WE WERE ONLT THERE FOR 1 NIGHT. WE WOULD STAY ELSE WERE NEXT TRIP.

“Good value for the money”

The hotel is old and there is some mildew in the tile of the shower as you expect in older hotels. The room was old but clean. The beds were very comfortable. The restaurant was great! It was really the only restaurant in Jellico and so there were many locals eating there as well as guests. Nice decor, great steaks and good price. Service was a bit below par. The morning breakfast was very nice -- hot waffles, bagels, juices, coffee, donuts, cereals, lots of goodies. All in all a good value for the money.

“Breakfast a lovely surprise”

Room and check-in went fine. In morning, there were a number of choices, including waffles. When there was a problem, the hostess quickly came out and fixed things. Spacious, well-lit breakast area. Room was quiet.

“You get what you pay for.”

Typical low price hotel.Hotel staff were very rude to my sister and niece when they mistakenly locked themselves out of there room. The rooms were missing several light bulbs,must be managements way of conserving energy.

“Ok for one night...”

The front desk clerks were nice. The hotel was acceptable as far as cleanliness. The continental breakfast was nice the next morning. The beds were not comfortable at all. We did not sleep well. The room and amenities were very basic. This hotel is ok for one night, (we were passing through to our destination) but I wouldnt stay there for more than one night.
