We stayed in room 215 and were greatly disappointed: The toilet would not flush; had to get a plunger, which didn’t work. My wife requested another room, but Kamal Patel, the GM basically argued with her and tried to blame her for the plugged toilet, claiming she put some debris in it to cause it to get plugged.
Patel is a sorry excuse for a GM. He finally gave us another room, after first claiming there were no more vacancies, which I don’t believe, given the fact that the parking lot was very empty.
My wife requested a refund, but Patel declined her request. The woman who checked me in yesterday was very rude too.
I request a refund of the cost for the room, given the pathetic nature of this motel stay and the very bad customer service.
