Our Maintenance is not the expert in this department and are currently working on hiring a contractor to get rid of the wall paper in our bathrooms and paint. Unfortunately it is a process in the hotel industry as we cannot do this when we are very busy. Possibly a summer project.

Thank you Charlene. Unfortunately the town of Florence busted a water line, and there was no water for a little while. We apologize for this inconvenience as this was out of our control.

Thank you Theodore for giving us your feedback. Loved to read that you found our rooms to be nice including our amenities. Being our guest if you ever experience any loudness, like the television being on all night, you are always able to dial "0" and we will handle it from there. We know in this instance that you were very tired and didn't want to do anything about it, but just want you to know for future reference. We as so sorry as to why you would not have had good water pressure in your shower. Maintenance will look into this just to make sure as a precaution. Our scrambled eggs or anything that we cook in breakfast, does not have salt that we add as we know all guests are different and some have dietary and or medical restrictions. Our rates are competitive with our surrounding areas. Possibly due to you being in a different state, Missouri, I am sure their prices and cost of living are very different from Arizona. If you are looking for a better rate in the future, try our summer months, July & August as these are the months that tend to be less in price, and we would love to host you again in the future.
