Unique hotel, good servicePosted May 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. All of the rooms have a different theme and my suite was clean and spacious. Friendly staff at the front desk, in the spa and during breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Great ServicePosted Feb 25, 2014 on Hotels.com
Location was great for my purposes, near to the office. There are some shops nearby. the hotel staff were friendly and very courteous. The food in the restaurant is very good. didn't find any good restaurants in the area though. Overall would recommend it.

Nice place to stay in CasablancaPosted Jun 16, 2013 on Hotels.com
Art Palace was a very nice hotel in Casablanca. The suites are themed - we stayed in the Shakespeare Suite before leaving for Marrakech and the Marilyn Monroe Suite on our way back through Casablanca. Very good hotel service and we enjoyed the attached restaurant. My daughter went to the spa and was quite satisfied with the service. The breakfast buffet was excellent both mornings. If you are going to be in Casablanca, this is a very clean, upscale place to stay.

Orientalist--Hollywood fantasyPosted May 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
This is a unique place--a small hotel, with giant Elvis and Marilyn Monroe pictures in the and suite-like rooms all unique, named after a western movie star or a major world figure and decorated in ways thought appropriate to the room's theme. The staff is friendly, and every thing is clean and well maintained. The breakfast is above average. It is not close to the most visited sites in Casa, however. But for a whimsical moment, it is terrific.

Bad experience at the Art Palace Hotel, CasablancaPosted May 1, 2013
Cons: poor quality of service
We booked this hotel in casablanca to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary. We did not get what we expected at this hotel. We arrived at the hotel around 10 pm and we wanted to order some food from the Room Service Menu. There was no menu in the room and when we requested for one it arrived one hour later. The food that we ordered arrived after another hour. It was nearly 1.00 am when we had something to eat. We stayed for 05 nights and our beddings were never changed. We had to ask/request for water, coffee pods for the nespresso machine, new towels, etc almost everyday although they said it was complimentary! The front office staff (especially the girl was not pleasant nor friendly at all). The breakfast room staff was pleasant and helpful! The staff at the room service restaurant did not know how to prepare when we asked for Tea! It was very dissapointing that a 5 star hotel did not have staff who understnads English. All in all it was not a good experience. We we will not book this Hotel again!

Perfect stayPosted Mar 30, 2013
Pros: Our suite
Cons: Moroccan wine in the suite was way too expensive
Location: Location, location, location
I booked a junior suite and got a free upgrade to a prestige suite ( Julius Caesar). What an experience! Instead of spending 1 night in Casablanca and 9 in Marrakech, I should have spent at least 4 nights at Art Palace. It is unfortunate that I didn't have a chance to try the hammam and the spa which I did visit. The staff was exceptional. Overall, we spent a memorable night at Art Palace and would go back anytime.

Hard to find and a little cramped.Posted Jan 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
This is a funky hotel with a theme for each room. We stayed one night in the Plato suite with our three children. There were two bathrooms, only one shower and no tub. The living area was small, but had a fold-out couch and love seat where we put the kids to sleep. The bedroom was also small, but the bed was big and comfortable. No view from the windows of anything. There was a private, covered, and enclosed patio with some wicker/cushion chairs and nice plants. A mini-bar and mini-fridge, as well as an electric fireplace were also included. The swimming pool is more like a huge hot-tub in a room that felt like a sauna. Breakfast was good. Around the corner from a pizzeria/glaceria and a "Tex-Mex" place. The hotel itself is not easy to find. The entrance is down a tiny street that was similar to an alleyway. It is behind another hotel you can see plainly from the main road called the Barcelone. They valet parked our car at no extra charge. The staff were nice, and we had good service while we were there. It was overall satisfactory.
