“Not Impressed with the Service and Maintenance of the facilities”
The only good thing about this hotel is the location...near the airport!
“Stay here only if you have a really early morning flight”
This hotel is only about 2 kilometers from the Casablanca airport and offers a free shuttle bus service (runs roughly every half-hour; sometimes every hour; from about 5:30 hrs to 23:00 hrs; the stand is just outside the airport, marked by a 2 ft x 8 ft sign)). This is the only reason for staying at this hotel. Otherwise, this hotel is rather bad (see the ratings) and over-priced. Tipping the shuttle bus driver 10-15 dirham on the way in came in handy on the way out.
“Location is Biggest Plus”
The location of the Atlas Hotel nearby to the Casa Airport is it's biggest plus and given the early AM flight the next day, it was the best choice. Accommodations and the overall experience was average.
“Not as nice as it looks”
The hotel lobby is very pleasant, and the room's decor is also fairly stylish and straightforward. The room was only marginally clean, however, and not terribly comfortable. The TV in my room was broken and even though I visited a called the front desk THREE times over the course of the evening, no one came to fix it. The hotel is isolated and there is no choice but to eat in one of the overpriced, mediocre restaurants. Breakfast was dismal; stale rolls and cold coffee, and the dining room was filled with dirty tables stacked high with dishes. I would NOT recommend this place at all.
“only advantage is too be close to the airport”
didnt like would not recommend
“Poor service”
Upon arrival no towels in bathroom. Reception did not respond to calls. Housekeeping hung up the phone three times. Restaurant no willing to give change.
“Rude...”
The staff was rude... period. When the front desk made a mistake (double booked the room), I was interrogated until I revealed the poor kid who screwed up. Then, I was forced to watch him be scolded in front of me and other guests.
“Card Castle”
This hotel looks great from the outside but beware, it is a trap! The ride from and to the airport was very unconfortable, the bus was old and smelly and the driver rude. The reception was time consuming an unefficient, especially for someone who was tired from jetlag and came from America. They asked a bunch of unecessary questions as if we were being put into a prison instead of a Hotel. The rooms were generally clean but the bathroom was filthy with mold and the air conditioning was noisy and not working at first.
“Disgustingly Dirty!”
I have never before written a review for this site, but i just cannot allow a fellow traveler to have to experience what i did at this hotel. My room was disgustingly dirty in every way-- the bedspread was stained with multiple, dark, very obvious stains, some of which were actually crusty. It disgusts me to even have to write these words, but it is true. The bathroom was moldy, in that actual fuzzy green mold was growing in multiple places. It was 2am and i had a flight out at 11am so there was nowhere else for me to go. As a result, i stripped the bed down to the sheet and slept fully clothed, using my coat as a blanket and covering the pillow with my sweater. As soon as the sun rose, i got out of there, and spent 4 hours in the Casablanca airport, which is very clean and nice. I have traveled extensively, and if this were a $4 hotel in rural China, i would not complain. But for this hotel to hold itself out as a modern, business-class is ridiculous.
“worst ever”
Worst experience ever !!!! Better take a taxi and go to Casa , at least you will have a sleep. Do not stay there, its extremly unpleasant .
