“Will go back again”

Hotel location was very convenient its close to everything, but of course when you are in Morocco you would need to use cabs to commute to different areas. The hotel is 10 minutes away from Twin Tower Centre Mall and Al Ma'aref which is considered a good place to shop. The are many restaurants and coffee shops around the hotel area. And even the local Moroccan cafes and restaurants are clean. If you plan to stay here make sure you ask for the new renovated rooms they're nicer and cleaner when compared to the old ones. You also have a small grocery store beside the hotel and another one a bit further (2 minutes walk). Also you have a traditional Moroccan bath minutes away from the hotel. But I suggest you ask the receptionist at the hotel about the most famous Moroccan bath in Casa. You would definitely need a cab to go there. Suggested places to visit in Casa: - Ein Dyab - Al Hussan Al Thani Mosque - Darb Al Sultan/ Al Haboos (local markets)

“Clean Hotel with friendly staff”

The Business Hotel is a good value for what the business establishment charges. Very clean and friendly staff. The morning breakfast is wonderful and the hotel is small enough that you can really get to know other hotel guests. My only complaint would have been the matress ; but new ones arrived at the hotel while I was there. I would recommend this hotel for the price and would stay there again.

“Simply the worst.”

Simply the worst hotel experience. Casablanca is a hole, so it is difficult to blame the Business Hotel, still, they failed on every level. The staff was dreadfully rude. They refused on all counts to be helpful or even polite. The hotel was dirty, the rooms depressing. There was no breakfast, the gym was for use only by charge, the airconditioning didn't work and the hotel smelled. Cleaning people barged in at every hour of the day and there was an insanely loud night club, whose sounds permeated the walls of every room in the hotel.
