Pros: The front of the hotel only
Cons: Change the reception staff
The hotel is very bad, closets and hallways are dirty, smelling unpleasant odors, reception staff is very bad, I could not sleep for lack of Cleanliness, the next day you move to another hotel, I advise everyone to stay away from this hotel this hotel is one star

It was a fantastic hotel, service was excellent and i enjoyed my stay specially the friendly welcome and help of reciption lady( HIND ) Room was clean and tidy.location is nice.price is good for sure my next stay will be at BH hotel.

Cons: sauna and spa facility is being remodeled.
Location: good location ; quiet because off the main street ; close to stores, cabs etc
The Business Hotel is a good value for what the business establishment charges. Very clean and friendly staff. The morning breakfast is wonderful and the hotel is small enough that you can really get to know other hotel guests. My only complaint would have been the matress ; but new ones arrived at the hotel while I was there. I would recommend this hotel for the price and would stay there again.

The hotel room was nice, kept clean, great air conditioning, but the front desk service SUCKS! Upon arrival, I was forced to pay an additional $75 U.S. dollar tax even though I already paid for the entire room and taxes online. They said it was a local tax and I had to fight with them because nowhere does it say that on their online ad - one of the women working there had the audacity to blame us for believing everything on their OWN web site! Then, my brother went to work out and ran on the treadmill for 1 hr and they forced us to pay $15 U.S. dollars to work out! We just paid MAJOR taxes and now they charge us for working out! Another fight we did not win. Then, one of the men at the desk told us breakfast was free, but then they charged us for it afterwards! And one evening I asked the lady at the desk to help me call to order pizza and she later tried to charge me for that and I was IRATE! so she said "Ok, Ok, you don't have to pay it." DO NOT STAY THERE UNLESS ALL YOU ARE DOING IS SLEEPING THERE! IF YOU ARE A FOREIGNER THEY WILL FORCE YOU TO PAY LEFT AND RIGHT FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO! YOU MIGHT BE BETTER OFF NOT EVEN TURNING THE TV ON!
