"Great location, comfortable home away from home."
Great place to spend a couple of relaxing days in El Jadida. Rooms were clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated in traditional theme/decor. Giant serving of delicious couscous for dinner, fresh juice and excellent coffee at breakfast time and friendly recommendations for local activities. Couldn't have been better!

This was my first visit to Casablanca and my first impressions were that I had chosen the wrong hotel for my stay but I was soon wrong in my opinion. I requested a room with 2 single beds and was happy to learn the room had 2 doubles and felt quite spacious. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows to choose from (I had taken my own pillow because I am a little fussy but in the end didn't need it!). The breakfast was a nice selection of pastries, fruit, yoghurt, some hot food, cereal etc and certainly helped for a good start to the day. The people on reception duty were really helpful even if they didn't understand English too well and seemed to go out of their way to help. I would certainly recommend this hotel to other guests and have no reservation about staying there again.

This place met all our requirements and more it was a little piece of heavan among the craziness outside its doors of the busy town, just as you entered the front door an air of peace and calm enters your feelings and the busy streets and nosy streets are left behind. The staff where freindly and welcoming in fact they went out of there way for us first with a very early breakfast to accomadate our early departure on our last day to catch a coach and they personaly provided transport for us to the coach station unreal service !! The rooms the decor what can I say great taste! The food was top class fresh everything enjoyed every moment ! I really can t say enough good things about this place to stay if you need to recharge the batteries this is theplace , these two French guys now what they are at and the high standard they provide at a very reasonable rate !!

This is a charming and exotic riad in an excellent location within the medina of the town, nearby fascinating architecture, shopping, and with a lovely view from the rooftop. The courtyard is lovely and one could enjoy breakfast there or on the rooftop. The staff prepared a great breakfast every day and pleasantly accommodated us on days we needed an early start. We had a small room, but it was pleasant, clean, and provided a good night's sleep, quiet and dark. We had dinner there one night, and it was very good, but a bit expensive, tho no more than what you would pay in the U.S. I would definitely return and would recommend this to anyone. We travel a lot, but this was our first trip to Morocco, and we were greatly pleased with the accommodations.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We traveled to the hotel in a rental car, and know that you do actually drive through the arch into the old city - if you are from the US you may think you can't bring a car into the old city, but you can. We were two women on our own, and the staff made us feel very comfortable. We didn't eat at the raid, but dined at a local fish restaurant recommended by the staff. We would not have chosen this restaurant on our own, but are so glad the staff recommended it - delicious, authentic and inexpensive. Internet connection was excellent. It is located in the heart of the Portuguese city (which is why most people want to visit El Jadida) and just 200 m from the main market. The riad is safe and secure. It is a great guesthouse if you want to relax for short or long-stay.

"An excellent place... 30 mins from Mohd V airport"
Just stayed for the night after arriving in Casablanca in the early hours. Although we arrived at 2:30am, the staff on duty were awaiting us and the check-in was quick. Breakfast the next morning was pretty good.Loved the decor of the different sections of the hotel.... superb combination of colors....

Nice and large rooms and excellent hotel staff overall. If there's something that might make you leave is just the overprice food and drinks, but the local restaurants in the area offer delicious food at very low price. The breakfast buffet is really good though. A place where to stay for a couple of nights if you're visiting the city or where to set your base camp if you're taking 1-day tour to Casablanca or Marrakesh.

Great location if you want to wander around the city and the old Medena. Rooms are clean and very helpful staff.
The only thing I didn't like is that my room didn't have a window that opens to the street!

I noticed this hotel while browsing on Expedia for a hotel to spend a couple of nights before our flight back home. We usually stay at a hotel just across the plaza from Al Waleed, but we weren't too exited about getting into one of their ridiculously cramped rooms again, so I thought let's give this one a try since I really like the location.
We arrived after midnight to check-in and actually found a bell-hop to help with our luggage, and the reception staff member on duty was actually quite nice to us and provided us with everything we needed, including a baby cot. When we got into our room we found it nicely furnished and very clean and comfortable.
One incident that happened next morning is what will make this THE hotel for me to come back to and recommend. During breakfast (which is nothing to write home about, even the tea was horrible), I somehow managed to drop 400 dirhams out of my pocket, and when we were going out later, I realized that I had lost it. I started tracing my steps that morning, and as soon as the staff in the hotel saw noticed me obviously searching for something, they asked me if I had lost something and I told them yes I lost some money. They said to go to the dining area. So I did and after verifying the amount, a lady worker handed me the the two two-hundred dirham bills. I couldn't thank her enough as I really didn't expect to see that money again. So all in all, an excellent experience at a very nice hotel which I would highly recommend.
