If you want Ricks Cafe, or on Business
Posted Jan 27, 2013
Cons: Decent walking in area, close to Medina (least favorite medina), marina, and main train station, but not on tram line from airport.
Mid expensive, helpful English speaking front desk, professional rather overly friendly. If booking through Expdia or similar, be aware that meals, cold drinks, etc., must be paid in currency, not credit card.

nice enough hotel, i would rate it 3.5 stars out 5
Posted Jan 19, 2013
Pros: the spaciousness of the room, the trendiness of the bath
Cons: airconditioning, TV channels - more english speaking ones, rooms were quite thin, you could hear through the walls. Need cups and cutlery
Location: near to the city center and the american consulate. Nice location
the air conditioning was not good. Not a wide range of english tv stations. Room had a stovetop to cook but no utensils. Did not have any cups or cutlery. That said, the room was comfortable for three people, but due to the lack of air conditioning was quite hot.

Good for the price
Posted Jan 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
I paid a bargain price for this hotel and for Casablanca in general. Only problem was that the Junior suite was very noisy. Near to traffic on the lower floor and lots of music coming from the reception area but compared to other hotels I've stayed in this was good and useful to have a kitchen

Modern design, not well-maintained
Posted Jan 22, 2012 on Hotels.com
Excellent, friendly, attentive service. Desk staff speaks English, French, and Arabic. Hotel has a good location in the middle of downtown Casa. The rooms and reception area have a modern design, but are not well-maintained. The room was clean, but needed upkeep (sheets had holes, tiles needed scrubbing, walls needed paint). However, wireless internet WAS free (site says otherwise), thought it was very slow.

I was traveling for pleasure . The hotel represented itself well .The location was pretty central. The service provided by the staff was very nice. I think it is more for the business traveler with an expense account. But as always it depends on the rate you are lucky enough to get.

Trying but falls short at this time.

modern and great location but alot of annoyances: 1. toilet and heat did not work well 2. hyper security annoying -need room key constantly just to open elevator, got locked in stairwell , got locked in exercise room 3. things look modern and nice in room but not practical, eg. handles in bath dont work well when wet . 4. charges for all-internet, coffee maker in room!! , etc. 5. staff nice but not always there and very inexperienced. 6. nice location for me-neighborhood cafes, etc. and 20 min. walk to main mosque 7. larg e attractive room conclusion: fine for two nights , ok but would not return. they need someone like me to walk them thru the guest's experience and point out all the little details.

Poorly maintained hotel with poor service
Posted Jan 15, 2011
Everything seemed broken: coffee maker, lights, and luggage rack. When asked why I didn't get my wake-up call, I was told that they called but the phone in my room wasn't working. In summary, this is a poorly maintained and over-priced hotel with little service.
