Rooms are large & clean. Good for Moroccan standards.. The restaurant Boccaccio downstairs is excellent, great service & yummy food ! I'd stay at that hotel again for the restaurant food. Rooms can be a little noisy so take ear plugs ! Other than that the experience was a good one.

Very Business Oriented Hotel

We stayed here on our last night in Morocco. The lobby is under construction and the lounge is closed. The restaurant is not affected. The room was large, modern and relatively clean. The shower did not drain properly. We had to call someone to get the TV to work. We had a glass of wine in the evening and the waiter came up to our room with the bill quite late at night looking for cash. We asked the hotel to call us a taxi for the airport and triple checked with the front desk that the cost was 300DH - at the airport, the taxi driver wanted 500DH.

Nice location - close to old town and adequate restaurants close by. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful (provided directions to the old town and restaurants). The breakfast buffet selection was very good and they had a station where you could get crepe or Eggs made to your taste. The only negative at the hotel was the Wifi connection. The wifi connection was not stable and it kept dropping very often.

Nice hotel cheaper than other 4 star options

Pros: Great staff and service provided by them. They really know what customer service is all about.
Cons: Complimentary water, coffee and tea in the room. Better food at the restaurant.
Location: Great location. You can walk to downtown Casablanca. Several restaurants and cafes in the area.
The hotel is OK. Though it's recently renovated, you can tell it's been around a while. However, the staff is amazing: really great service, I would highly recommend it for that. The suites are spacious and have all you need. Shame that coffee and tea are not provided complimentarily though (there is an espresso machine, but you are charged for each pod you use).

Very nice small Hotel, very helpful personal, we where aloud to check in earlier than 2 p.m. You can walk for few minutes to the city center. We enjoyed very much staying at this hotel.

We found the staff to be most helpful and informative. The breakfast buffet had a variety of food which we enjoyed eating. The dining room staff was prepared constantly to be of service to customers. When in our room, it was a little noisier due to the fact we could not close the large window in room 107. Otherwise our two night stay was very comfortable.

These people did not hold our room and gave it to someone else, although we had paid 100% of the night price with Expedia. They should be dropped from your list of establishments you deal with.
