Le Palace D Anfa

The breakfast service is bad! every day you have to wait for something while the staff do nothing! no bowlls for the cornflakes, no glass for juice , etc...and the floor is stick and food quality less than average . The prices at the main restauratns are very expensive compare to the quality of foods- I have been some years ago , the food was better & logic! It seems the new decoration of the main restaurant push them to inncrease price & decrease quality

i can not believe this is a 5 stars hotel, they gave me a room with no key, so every time i get outside my room i have to ask someone to open the room for me to get back in. the Gym is so old, and there was no air-conditioning in it.

Its not a 5 star l rather 3 a star. Very dusty lounge as its under renovation , bAthroom need improvement. The location is realistic , easy to find personal stuff food and cafe. If the weather is very hot be careful the ac work till 30 degrees. the reception is customer oriented the pool is cool and breakfast is satisfactory. This is a personal experience.

The room was large and comfortable, nice bathroom, clean and modern feel. There's a TV with mostly Arabic or French channels. There was a fast wired internet connection and also a patchy wifi connection. There is a gym, spa and rooftop pool, which are all pleasant. The staff are generally helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in Anfa which appears to an affluent area of Casablanca. There are several restaurants and high end shops in the area. The place is something of a building site right now as the roads are dug up and there is dust everywhere. However, if you look beyond that, there are some hidden gems nearby - great Indian and Chinese restaurants about 2 minutes away were a couple of highlights.

Absolutely horrible stay, awful hotel, most uncomphotable and dirty

Rate / Quality is ok free internet is excellent.
