A bit disappointed.

Pros: The man that made the omelets for breakfast was very kind and professional. He greeted everyone and talked a little with us.
Cons: Better cleaning
Location: Good location with small restaurant in front and a bar around the corner.
The hotel was dirty and unkempt. Broken cabinet door. Overall room needed better cleaning. The staff reused the small soap in room and put it back in the wrapper. It had a hair on it. The tub was a soaking tub with ridges on bottom of tub making it treacherous and easy to fall.

Pros: 可愛い!pretty!
部屋がめっちゃ可愛くて女の子向きです。 可愛くてテンションあがってたらホテルの人がドヤ顔で面白かった。 部屋もきれいです。 アメニティもあって快適でした。 朝ごはんも美味しくいただきました。 The room is very pretty and is for girls. If it was pretty, and tension was rising, a person in a hotel was fascinating by a DOYA face. The room is also clean. There was also an amenity, and it was comfortable. I also had breakfast well.

OK for the price

Pros: breakfast is good, the Moroccan decoration is unique
Location: Location is central, but area is kind of run down.
we only got one key attached to a card, the card was needed to put into the slot to turn on electricity. We put our AARP membership card in the slot instead to turn on the electricity. The card looks like a credit card and the maid took it when she cleaned our room. We asked her about our card but she didn't speak English, so we lost our membership card. This incident makes me think she is dishonest to steal our card, fortunately it is not a credit card. When you travel in CasaBlanca, make sure what currency the taxi driver is quoting you, we thought the quote was in DH their currency but it was in Euro, it was a shock for both parties.

Fabulous hotel with character

This is my second stay here in as many years and the only place I ever want to stay in Casa. I'm not a fussy traveler. I want a good bang for my buck and this hotel more than delivers. We love the old-style decor, the tea and cookies upon check-in, the great location, the tasty breakfast, the service. If I want a modern Western-style hotel, I'll stay in the West. I want this instead.

Hotel with excellent breakfast

I stayed for only one night. For one night my stay was good. I slept well and went for breakfast at 7am. The chef there was very pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed the best breakfast in a hotel. The male hotel receptionist was very helpful. The female receptionist was pretty nasty and most unhelpful. This hotel is good for a one night stay because opposite is a restaurant where you can get your lunch and dinner at a good price.

Customer service lacking

We arrived for just one night at the hotel and were very disappointed. The décor of the hotel was interesting but it did not make up for our negative experience. We paid extra for a 3rd "guest" (our son) yet the hotel staff wouldn't give us a third towel. They said they'd "try" to get us one and it never appeared. The shower didn't work either; you had to take it out of the holder or it would spray all over the bathroom. We were only there for one night otherwise we'd have asked for a different room. We were also charged the equivalent of $4 for a bottle of water. This was our second time to Morocco (our first was 20 years ago) and we found this hotel terribly disappointing.

First night hotel

This was the first hotel for our tour so we booked an extra night before the tour began. The hotel was more like a riasd and therefore quite dark inside. The room was good size with an ornate four poster bed which I found quite claustrophobic. The street was very noisy but the window did have double glazing to block the noise but then the room was stuffy with it closed and the air-con was quite ineffective. Great breakfast and the staff were lovely.
