This was a really nice place to stay before my flight next day. Clean, convenient, and nice restaurants. Free airport transportation. Certain check-in-staff could brush up on customer service, but generally the majority of staff enjoy their jobs and are welcoming. I still gave it 5 stars.

Of the 10 people in our group some had water and biscuits in their rooms and some did not- in consistent. Some twin rooms had only 1 towel, once I personally alerted the cleaning staff it was rectified. Front desk staff was good.

Located in a peaceful area of nouaceur the hotel has nice decor and beautiful adjacent garden and pool area. The restaurant has delicious traditional meals to choose from. The rooms are spacious but are little cold in winter. Tea and coffee in the rooms and cable tv are definitely a bonus The only problem is noise from the hallways and adjacent rooms people talking loudly until 1 am disrupts sleep

Just excellent for a long stopover!
Excellent for the purpose. I had a long stop over in Casablanca (flight arrived 9:00 AM and connection was 10:00 PM. I spent the day at the hotel. Clean, comfortable, good swimming pool, good bar, close to the airport (shuttle to-from). It worked just fine.

The Relax Airport hotel is connected with the Atlas Hotel. Free Shuttle to/from airport. The ambiance of the hotel is Chic. They do have a restaurant. I did not get a chance to eat but it looked very nice. They do have a pool and Spa services. I had a 14 hr layover so just spent time in the room after touring.

I liked the shuttle. The pool aera was nice. The room was unkempt. There were alot of scuff marks on walls, wall mirror was crooked, the bathroom tiles needs to be scrubbed, one of the sconces flickered. Ok for one night.

Great value for the price, very close to the airport and the free shuttle to and from was super easy. Room service closed for the night but they made sure we could get an order in to take to our room. Super helpful staff.

The staff here including the manager ( the sky Atlas front counter is who I dealt with) who would not assist despite seeing that the situation required it. I made a mistake of putting the booking for one person but I requested two twin beds for me and my son. I get there and the staff refuses to let it slide and says I must be charged an extra fee of $35 in order to add him to the booking. The price doesn't change for the room when you put 2 people in the booking so I asked if they can be understanding of my mistake and just let him stay in the room. They simply refused and were unwilling to compromise which forced me to pay the extra money to let my son stay in the room. This is very poor customer retention skills especially for the manager who was unable to diffuse the situation or solve the problem. As a frequent traveler I will take my business somewhere else and I hope this review saves you the trouble of finding out first hand. This place is disgusting and the staff is rude. Plastic shower rod, one towel in the hotel room for 2 people. Asked for the complimentary instant coffee twice that was missing from the room and still didn't get it.

We arrived late and the hotel’s AC was not functioning. They have a sister property (in same building) called Atlas hotel and they were putting people there so that they could have A/C We had booked 2 twin beds. All they had was one queen bed ONLY available at Atlas. Atlas is supposed to be a 3.5 star hotel but it did not feel like it. The A/C did not cool much and the bedding was 2 star. The room looked like a prison cell — stark and sparse. The lobby looked nice and the manager on duty was nice. That’s where my 2 stars come in. Cleanliness was OK but not wowing. The calls, room, and outside hotel had a septic-y smell. I would not stay again.

The hotels proximity to airport with the free timely around the clock shuttels were super efficient and helpful. Great place to stay before ur flight home. Lobbies and public areas are very updated and comfortable but Rooms r old and need updating.

Don't stay here...run away!
It took approximately 7 trips to the front desk to get a decent room, and this stay was a disaster. First the door wouldn't open with any key and I kept taking the long walk back and forth. Then they gave me two other rooms which were completely filthy and dirty. An additional room had a horrible humming sound. It took almost 2 hours to get checked into a room. I just wanted to go to sleep! This may have been the worst experience I've had at a hotel. This hotel is named "Relax" but I wasn't able to relax!

Not good. But practical for airport night
The room was without towels not pillow covers. I asked in the reception 3 times (almost 1hs late) until they finally brought the towels that were clean but with stings on them.

Not bad , room was clean and reception area , good shuttle service clean van . I don’t recommend it if you staying for more than 1 night , it’s far from the city . Taxi Will cost around $30 us to go to the center of casa , they have cabs outside available 24/7 . Shuttle is free to the airport wish Is good .

Good for just a few days only
This hotel is really good for a couple night stay. It’s near the airport, has a store, and a pretty good restaurant. Some of the staff was really but some were quite rude- it may have been the language barrier. We asked for more coffee- never arrived- nor did the house keeping replenish in the morning. The front desk asked me at one point if I spoke French and I responded in French “a little bit but please speak slowly” and they proceeded to talk very fast. Again- this may have been a English language barrier but I took it as somewhat rude. This place is good for a couple days but it’s not really Morocco- the country is beautiful and you should not take the attitudes of some to represent what the country is like.

Arrived at airport and found shuttle easily, check in staff directed me to sister hotel as Relax inn was not available that evening, same complex but different wing. Similar quality in rooms/decor, but unfortunate with lack communication by staff. One night only. Rooms were standard and well appointed with travellers needs. Shuttle service and dining were very good for a standard hotel.
