It should not be categorised as 4 star….. this hotel doesn’t even have basics like Restaurants or Bar….. although good for overnight stay !!

Very Nice Hotel
Hotel Plana is a beautiful hotel, and we really enjoyed the room we stayed in. The area around the hotel isn’t great, but it was a perfect stop for being in between places. The breakfast was delicious and the service was good!! The bathroom was spacious & the color changing lights in the shower were fun.

The staff are amazing. They gave us a friendly welcome and looked after us very well. The breakfast lounge in the lower ground floor is immaculate and the food was really nice. Everyone we met from reception to dining room staff and the staff working on the rooms were very friendly and welcoming.

Clean Modern Hotel With A Super Friendly Staff
I would like to say that I could not be more pleased with the service, attention and assistance that I received from the staff of the Hotel Plana throughout my stay. Although the accommodations were pre-paid, I received an excellent level of service and attention throughout my abbreviated stay. The Hotel was clean, modern and well maintained, while the care shown by the Hotel Staff was simply outstanding. As a traveller from North America, I am not familiar with some of the different ways in which things are done or get done. Whatever my "problem", the staff went out of its way to be helpful and to resolve whatever challenge I was encountering. This was particularly impressive to me since, as a pre-paid client, "the money was in the bank" already. This very helpful demeanor showed the staff's high level of professionalism and a genuine concern for its clientele. This is quite refreshing in this day and age. I cannot compliment the staff enough.

Great hotel if you have a car
The hotel is close to Caserta Central Station, but the walk to the hotel is terrible, even though it is so close because there are no sidewalks, and cars rush by in both directions. So during our two day visit, we took taxis to and from the hotel. The hotel workers were great, so friendly and helpful, and they spoke English, as well. The interior is rather romantic with colored lights that can be changed with a remote, and some rooms even have round beds, so if you are looking for romance in Caserta, this might be for you. I was just on a short trip, and the hotel worked for me, as well. The breakfast had everything you could want to eat in the morning and more!!

A gem in Caserta
Hotel was great, service was good, breakfast was excellent. Neighborhood was a bit dark and deserted, but that is the outskirts of Caserta in a nutshell. It was on a backstreet that had no real safe way to walk, but that is much of Italy in a nutshell as well. If you are used to Italy, this hotel is a gem.

Clean and modern.
As per subject line. If I were trying to find fault it would be the proximity to the railway which, whilst it did not bother me, might trouble a light sleeper. Breakfast was good, however, there is no restaurant for dinner, food being delivered from nearby businesses. It was, nonetheless, very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful, even when there was a problem with my payment card. Would gladly stay again.

Room clean, personnel very nice and helpful. Breakfast very good with fresh fruits. The only difficult point is the surrounding area not nice. Industrial zone. A nice fish restaurant La Tegola at 400 m. Hotel not far from Reggia Caserta castle. Would recommend for people with a car. Good ratio quality/ proce.

Struttura molto curata nell’arredo moderno e di gusto.. letto comodo e camera silenziosa.. buona la colazione ricca e variegata.. la colonnina elettrica a disposizione per gli ospiti è stata la chicca finale! L’unica pecca se così si può chiamare e la mancanza di un ascensore (perlomeno io non l’ho visto).. poco male però visto che la struttura ha solo 2 piani. Giudizio finale molto positivo! Consiglio.

Personale disponibile e gentile. Nella mia camera c'era puzza di fumo e, alla mia segnalazione, si sono subito attivati per la pulizia con ozono. La colazione è ottima. I dintorni sono abbastanza brutti, ma non è che loro ci possano fare qualcosa... è una zona periferica piuttosto degradata, ma per fortuna c'è il parcheggio interno. Una nota a margine, che però è molto carina: c'era una bella gattina davanti all'hotel, che forse è fuggita da una casa. Mi hanno vista preoccupata per lei e mi hanno assicurato che se ne stanno prendendo cura. Bravi!
