Three Day Stay

Posted Nov 17, 2014
Pros: Reasonable prices, location.
Cons: Seemed to be in remodel of the restaurant. All food service moved to Gazebo area which was cold every day there. It did get to record lows for Nov.
Location: Good access from !-25. Gas stations nearby.
Room could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom.

Close to highway, easy to find

Posted Oct 28, 2014
Upon arriving at the front desk I was told that my room reservation was not found. I had my reservation email in hand and provided my name. The room was already paid for in adavance. After 15 minutes or more another front desk clerk found my reservation and was very helpful. I had to request 2 additional room keys ans the staff was very helpful with this. There was plenty of parking, and not too far to the elevator. I felt safe parking my car at this hotel. The bed was fairly comfortable with plenty of pillows. The fridge and microwave were handy as we stayed 2 nights. The housekeepers did not empty garbages or replace towels after the first night. I had to go to the front desk for more towels. The pool is nice for the kids to play, but is only open for an hour and a half. The free breakfast is nice, but they were out of both applejuice and orange juice at 615 in the morning. They also had no more muffins. Not much to chose from which is disappointing. The AC in the room does not work well if you get hot easily. This was one of the frustrations I experienced. The room we stayed in was very quiet, I only heard a door slam a few times the second morning. I liked how hot the water was in the shower. There was also plenty of counter space in the bathroom to get ready numerous times at the Pageant. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again. I do think it is slightly overpriced for the quality.

Could have been worse.

Remodel going on at hotel. Room smelled like sheet rock. Party going on all the smokers stood outside room talking and smoking. We were able to change rooms but the AC didn't work very well. Also sink and toilet are in the same room so only one person can get ready at a time.

Nice people, good food, nice hotel.

Posted Oct 18, 2014
Pros: The staff, cleanliness, and above average food at reasonable prices.
Cons: The trim in the hallways should be completed.
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The check in staff, bartenders, waitresses, housekeepers, and every hotel employee I dealt with were courteous, respectful and genuinely nice people. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Renovations are on going and some details are not complete. Regardless, the food at the restaurant and pub was excellent. The complimentary breakfast was very good, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and will definitely stay there again.

Nice place!

Posted Oct 7, 2014
Pros: Breakfast buffet and friendly staff
Cons: Pool only for little kids. Hot tub was not in service.
Everything looked good, but unfortunately our room's heating and ac wasn't working very well. Most of the time, the room was warm and stuffy. Maintenance was friendly and informative, but that didn't help the situation. They knew they had the problem and were upgrading to solve it, but it was uncomfortable at times.

Casper stay

Posted Oct 4, 2014
Pros: Clean room. Felt safe. Maintenance had to fix our TV and were very professional and helpful.
Cons: Softer bed. Shoulders hurt.
Location: Right off the freeway. Close to restaurants and gas.
Very nice hotel. The bed was a little hard but the room was very nice and clean. Would stay again.

The hotel looked recently refurbished but not particularly well done. There was a strip of duct tape on the carpet to my room (i.e., it wasn't finished). There wasn't enough staff to keep up with the demand for breakfast and breakfast wasn't good. Finally, the Internet was down so that I couldn't send e-mails for work which delayed me from going fishing. I decided to switch hotels.

Total remodeling mess!

Posted Sep 2, 2014
Pros: Leaving it.
Cons: They could advise that they are remodeling and that there is a lot of noise and confusion.
Location: We were there briefly just over night.
We arrived to a motel that is being completely remodeled. Rocks blocked security doors open and smoking is allowed in the building. The floors were dirty and the rooms are very noisy. We had a party in the room across from ours until 2 in the morning. I will never stay at this motel again.
