One Night stay on the way back from Yellowstone

Pros: Size of rooms. Breakfast
Cons: warmer water in pool and hot tub.
Great hotel, large rooms, good breakfast, awesome work out room. The only thing keeping it from being a 5 was the size of the pool, but even that would be fine, but the heater was broken the night we were there so the pool and whirlpool were very cold.

Very clean. Staff very helpful. Every effort was made to assure our full satisfaction with the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Our family would have no hesitation in returning or with recommending.

Loudest hotel and worst night sleep ever

Had a high school basketball team above us. Made noise all night. Screaming baby next door. Wouldn't recommend.

Best hotel close to the airport

Facility was nice - walls were a tad thin and you could hear the kids in the next room horsing around, but they didn't stay up late. Beds were great - location was quiet (aside from the kids next door) - far enough from the freeway to not hear traffic. Breakfast was all we needed to get going. Towels were very soft (for hotel linen!)

I have stayed here twice. Both times I have been charged a clean up fee of 50 dollars. I will admit to not making my bed when I check out but $50. is a little much. Also don't depend upon the shuttle service. They will leave you stranded!

Pros: the breakfast was impressive
Cons: we weren't really explained a whole lot about the way they take $50 when you book with some site instead of through them
Very nice rooms. upbeat staff. breakfast was very appreciated after all the other places we have eaten in our travels that day. it was nice to just hang out and watch the tv and feel at home

Having been a hotel owner for 35 years, I notice things most regular guests over look. I am pleased to say almost everything was perfect--from the bedding, cleanliness, comfort (felt luxurious), location, a complimentary breakfast to absolutely DIE for, etc. The down side, regrettably was the hotel charged my credit card a $50.00 "miscellaneous fee for incidentals" which took several days to be removed from my credit card. Most places run a card through to authorize the card, not actually charge the guest and then hope for a timely credit. If this hotel would have authorized only and not actually charged the card, I would have rated this hotel 5*****.

IT WAS OUR ANNIVERSARY GETAWAY. I SURPRISED MY HUSBAND WITH THIS AND NOW HE CANT STOP TALKING ABOUT.
