The TV in my room didn’t work. The sink wouldn’t drain. Bed was stiff causing pain throughout the night.

The only negative thing is the minor inconvenience of the hot tub being out of order. Other than that, the hotel was amazing!

Would definitely stay here again!!
The holiday in express was great! The room were clean and updated. The place was quiet. There was a good selection of stuff in the continental breakfast also. The pool was clean. If I had to leave a negative comment at all it would have to be because the hot tub was out of commission. I didn’t ask why though. It could have just failed somehow before we got there. Not going to hold that against them.

Very clean, comfortable room. Great front desk staff - friendly, and had great recommendations for local restaurants. Hot breakfast was great and the breakfast area was clean and well maintained.

Our stay there was excellent. My only negative comment is that we really needed a late check due to the funeral services we were attending but only some sort of special members IHG or something like that could get late check out. I have never encountered that at any other hotel.

Great stay. Wish the room would get darker, because the little crack of light made it hard to sleep. Employees were warm and welcoming. The room was very clean.

Inattentive front desk staff, Several plugs in room don’t work, caulking around tub discolored and ugly, no freezer in the fridge, and only decaf coffee in the room. Expected more for the room cost. Won’t stay again.

The property is new and clean. It’s convenient to restaurants and the highway. The staff behind the front desk were friendly, but the ladies behind the coffee bar weren’t the most gracious. They acted like they were put out to serve.

The room was great, especially the bed. The only negative was we were charged an incidental fee that was not explained and I had to go down to the desk to inquire about it. It was removed at checkout as explained, though. Breakfast was also great!

It was tired and could use a facelift. The carpets need to be stretched or replaced as there are rippels throughout.
