We were in Casper for Christmas this year visiting friends. The hotel was pretty much vacant. But, I always felt the staff was close by to tend to any of our needs. The check in and check out was fast and the clerk was very friendly. I don't think the humidifier on the HVAC worked. It was my first time to Casper and maybe I'm not acclimated to the dryness. But, all in all, the hotel was very comfortable.

My wife and I stayed at the Park Plaza Hotel and found it a wonderful experience. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was easy to find and was very clean and comfortable. The price was reasonable for the wonderful room we had. We will definable stay at the Park plaza every time we are in Casper,Wy .

Not the first time we have stayed there and have had a good experience each time. We appreciate being able to have our small dog accepted without additional charges.

This motel was easy to find. My room was clean and quiet.

“Decent Price, Decent Stay”

Decent room, bed a bit hard. However, the lounge had a nice, calm setting and a friendly bartender to accompany it. Hotel setup is a bit choppy and next time I would probably choose to stay in a room closer to the hot tub, but with kids I would want to stay on the pool side of the hotel. You have to exit the building and go outside to get from one side to the other, a bit of an inconvenience in a Wyoming winter. Overall, good price, decent quality, all the amenities one could want on site.

Location of room ws next to some type of HVAC system so there was a constant noise level that was annoying...advice to other traveler to check out your room first then ask for a more comfy one...also area was being used by smokers so could small smoke that would drift in from the hallway.
